Been with VS for several years and…
Been with VS for several years and thanks to a breech, pardon my sarcasm, when my autopay came I got a text they declined the payment. I went into PANIC mode and I chatted with Pearl and we got it resolved in a matter of minutes! Great service!
I recommend everyone get on with VS they are TRUSTED and value their customers!

Tom stuck with me until.....
I have spent hours trying to figure out why VirtualShield was not connecting to their servers. Went from one customer service rep to another, they were all trying hard to figure out what was going on. My issue was elevated to technical support and I ended up communicating with Tom. He was incredible! Step by step Tom provided me with suggestions until such time as he finally figured out the issue and resolved my problem. I have never had a technician with the knowledge, patience and willingness to solve the problem. Thank you Virtual Shield and thank you Tom!

This App is great
This App is great. Login once and forget it. Easy access and reliable customer service. I had some issue with billing and Amenda M, was very helpful and solved my problem without my input. I was a subscriber of a different app, but virtual shield is much more reliable in terms of service and connections. I will rate the highest in my opinion.

I was having trouble with the virtual shield program connecting. I was deleting the app on the home page and your representative Fernando forwarded a link that explained that I had to delete the storage. Resulting in the program working again. Thanks Fernando!

Amazing customer support
Amazing customer support! I can’t thank Henry and Thomas enough for assisting me in switching my account from the Apple App directly to Virtual Shield. Henry stayed in communication with me during the last 4 months of my Apple subscription and set up an automatic subscription so I wouldn’t have to worry about not having any service during the transition. Both Henry and Thomas went over and above my expectations. They always stayed in communication with me. I feel like I’m in good hands now! Thank you so much!
