Problem resolved quickly
After I activated a 'ticket', it took a while for anyone to get back to me. However, once I received a response, the problem was resolved the same day. The Account Manager, Tom, was extremely helpful. He asked pertinent questions and resolved the problem promptly. I have used Virtual Shield for several years without a problem. I did not want to use any other VPN. Thanks for your help!

I just finished an upgrade to my existing plan. Pearl, the virtual assistant, was super helpful and answered all I needed to know to move forward with my upgrade. Long-time user sends GRATITUDE!
I've been with Virtual Shield over five years, and what I must absolutely say is that its BEST FEATURE is not just its Tech Support (Tom from Level Two is THE BOMB!!!) but its TELEPHONIC Tech Support, which is EXTRAORDINARY!!!
A confirmed Luddite/ technomoron, there is nothing on Earth more comforting than having an IT GENIUS on the phone, not merely addressing and correcting a problem, but putting a frazzled, frustrated enduser into complete CALM with his phenomenally-comforting, soothing, upbeat, amazingly kind and patient delivery.
To watch this man work after he's taken control of my PC is cause for wonder and awe: never have I
received such assistance from a tech provider, and certainly never from previous VPN providers!

VirtualShield support and service
I've been using VirtualShield for over a year. Any issues I've had have been quickly and efficiently resolved by the support staff, especially Tom. The friendly and quick service I've received is what sets companies apart from others, and is one of the keys to success for all businesses. What made me give V/S a rating of 5 has very little to do with the product
What made me give V/S a rating of 5 has very little to do with the product, but a certain individual I deal with whenever I encounter problems with this product.
He's knowledgeable about the field & product, respectful in every way & is truely customer orienated.
As for the product, I would give it a rating of 2.5.

I got great service every time...
I had a technical problem that wasn't resolved right away. The entire team was really patient with me. Shelly and Fernando were very helpful. I got great service every time I had an issue. The technical department gave me clear instructions to resolve my issue. I was actually so impressed with the service. Enough to come over here.

My dedicated account manager and customer service team have been most attentive and helpful with me in isolating and fixing the win 10 vpn app's Connect Automatically glitch setting. I am most grateful to Tom for his commitment and discipline.
There were some delayed responses and a lot of unforeseeable laborious glitches. But overall very professional and attentive.

I had to cancel when I realized my other virus protection was still active. Virtual Shield claims 100 refund guarantee but they did not refund me the full 100% I had paid. Pretty disappointed now
