This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we will be reviewing our packaging process to help prevent this from happening again. Please contact our customer service team with photos of the damaged item, and we will be more than happy to assist you further.
Incorrect health information on listing
Item description said that ".... Its sugar-free composition makes it suitable for those managing their sugar intake, including diabetics".
However, Vitapoint have conflated 2 products from the same manufacturer; and the item sent was not sugar-free.
Initially customer services replied that it was a packing error. After I re-iterated that it was a listing error, they replied that they would forward the information to their listing team.
However, 12 days on, the product is still on sale with incorrect health advice.

had to contact customer service, regarding an order that was meant to be next day on the 3rd day i got my delivery has mentioned how it had held up my project as the next day delivery was my reason for ordering from this company, you get an automated reply saying how they value customer service, i get an email the day after delivery with photos showing my delivery is now delivered

We have checked the tracking information and it shows your order has been delivered on 28/01/2026 15:14. We have attached a image that Evri have provided, we hope this helps locate your parcel.
I've not once said my parcel is missing this company although they say they value your custom do not listen guarantee a next day delivery they can not guarantee AVOID if you truly want anything next day

We appreciate you taking the time to explain how the delay impacted you. While the parcel was ultimately delivered, we recognise that the timing was the key issue, not the delivery itself. The confirmation email and images were shared only to clarify the delivery status, not to suggest the parcel was missing.
Although we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our direct control. That said, we regret that this experience fell short of the service we strive to provide and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve.
Awful Experience - Certainly Avoid
Order was delivered to a completely different house on a completely different street. Customer Services not interested at all. Really not impressed with whole experience and won’t be shopping here again. Certainly a company to avoid.

They advertise on Facebook and other places their Dentures that are form fitting and how great they are . The photos from their ad is a scam, you receive plastic toys.

Great product
Great product, which actually helps. I use it on my knees (arthritis) before exercise and find a benefit. So I recommend it to lots of people. It has no fragrance, and it comfortable.

Not recommend to by from this site . Misleading, items listed are not what you received, totally different item from the website and if you have ordered multiple items you only get half of them. Customer service is appalling , when you explain you have not received all your products, your told we shipped the correct amount out. According to them it’s not their problem. Poor quality service

Shame they use Evri to deliver
I was getting a delivery once a week from Vitapoint. The products are good and the parcels are well packaged. However it is a real shame they use Evri to deliver. My parcels don’t get delivered until after 7pm when it is dark. Recently my parcels stopped being delivered because of issues with Evri. When I contacted online chat they said I had to wait 4 days before they could issue a refund even though I had paid for very expensive next day delivery. I have decided to stop ordering from vitapoint because of all the problems with delivery.

Very disappointed customer
Ordered and immediately saw I had ordered wrong item. Immediately cancelled via eBay and received notification had informed Vitapoint. This was all within 4 minutes yet I receive another email from eBay 1 hour later saying no cancellation item already packed and dispatched . Rubbish, they did not have enough time to do this in very short cancellation time. Told item at pick up point. Don’t intend to pick up. Would like my money back please.

You’re not required to pick up the parcel once it is returned to us automatically, we will issue a full refund right away. If you prefer, you can also let us know once the carrier updates the tracking so we can speed up the refund for you.
