5 Star Service 🌟
My experience with Vitl has been excellent so far! I've had to pause my vitamin plan for quite some time due to some blood test results and Lika has been fantastic at helping me through the process. She was very patient and proactive and I'm very grateful for all her help! She's very kind and empathetic, which means a lot. Thank you for providing such a great service! Rubbish customer service, not reccomended
Rubbish customer service, no one replies to any queries re ingredients of their vitamins.
UPDATE: The customer service has gotten back to me and I received a full refund as I couldn't take the reccomended vitamins due to my health condition.

Amazing products and great customer service!
I have been with Vitl for a year now, I have tried so many different vitamins and supplements and within days to a week I will have kidney issues but I decided to try a customised service and I came across vitl and instantly liked the little yellow sliding storage box so I decided to take a look through their website and after doing the quiz and accepting the promo I had my first order quickly- I was really surprised that my kidneys have been absolutely fine on these, I even started to feel brighter and more energised in my normally very sluggish, tired, chronically ill body. But everything got better on these so I stayed. I love how each day is in its own little serving pack, just pop it open and go, I STILL love that yellow box too 😁 I’m actually on my second yellow box because when I was moving house my pup got her paws (and teeth) on the box and ripped it up while leaving the vitamins (she loves to rip up a good box, can’t help herself) I just reached out and explained what happened and the customer service lady attached a new box on to my next order! Which brings me to another reason I’ve stayed with Vitl- the customer service, just like their supplements- their customer service staff are quick to respond/action, helpful, no filler nonsense- just straight up friendly and helpful with no mess or fuss. I also like that not only can you get your customised pack automatically each month BUT you can get add ons sent out monthly too, need and extra boost for your gut? Need extra vitamin D? Want a female, male or child multivitamin/supplement or maybe like me you have a lot of trouble sleeping- they’ve got you covered and even with these add ons of a daily biotic, vitamin D, female multivitamin and their sleep supplements my kidneys have stayed fine! Now while I have sleep issues and a high tolerance to medications I find their sleep supplement to be very strong- I slept all night into the day and I slept great for the rest of the week too without having to take another (but be mindful how you take them as they can cause nightmares in some people) i really love Vitl- all goodness, no filler no having to reorder etc, all you have to do is have the money in your account and sit back and start to enjoy a healthier and brighter you. I’ve never had supplements or vitamins that have worked so fast or effectively and made me feel so good or ones that haven’t overloaded my kidneys. Love Vitl and have no plans in cancelling or switching and will be very sad and disappointed if they ever shut down

Definitely seen an improvement to other vitamins
I have been taking vital for about 8 months now. My hair and skin have drastically improved and I generally feel better in myself. I would highly recommend their personalised vitamins

I am hesitant about using unfamiliar…
I am hesitant about using unfamiliar subscription services. However, my initial experience using VITL has been exemplary.
I raised a query about the price which was promptly responded to and satisfactorily resolved by Lika of customer services.
While I am yet to enjoy the full panoply of desired health benefits from my personalised vitamins regime - luscious hair, bulging muscles, and enhanced acuity - I am optimistic that this is simply a matter of time.

Definitely recommend
I've been subscribed for about 6 months so far, and have found a significant improvement in my health ever since! I really like that I can complete a quick questionnaire and update my vitamin subscription for the next month, depending on my needs. Really impressed so far. Would definitely recommend.

I recently subscribed got my first pack and then asked if I could add something to support with bone health. Anouk in customer service was so incredibly helpful. Checked with their nutritionist and came back a suggested new combination. Even offering to swap the bundle I had already ordered. I didn't think that was necessary but was so impressed by such great service and will swap to the new combination in my next pack. Thank you Anouk you were awesome 👍

Would recommend
Felt better in the first week of taking the vitamins. It has really helped with my energy. This is the first timentaking vitamins hasn't made me feel sick or nauseous, neither has it affected my sleep.
It's week 2 now. I plan to keep it up for the next 3 months 💪
