Great product and great customer service
I’ve only been taking my vitamins for a very short while (this is my first box) but I like the handy daily sleeves that snap off so I can take them anywhere with me, it’s so handy to make sure I get my vitamins in for the day. The customer service of this company is excellent, my first box contained an error and they very quickly sent a replacement and provided me with postage to send the wrong box back.
I love the simplicity of taking the quiz and personalising my vitamins and I’m really happy that I changed from my old supplier to this one, it’s just so much easier and a lot more convenient for me.

No More Anxiety!!!
I’ve been using Vitl personalised vitamins for more than a year now and would highly recommend them to anyone! Since taking these vitamins I’ve had so much less anxiety and panic attacks, and I’ve felt so much more energetic. Life savers <3

I use the female multivitamin and find it really helps with PMS symptoms, only need to take 1 tablet which similar products you need to take 2 per day.

Lies and poor customer appreciation
I have been a customer of Vital for over four years and happy until now.
The best before date has always been between 4-6 months. My last 3 deliveries have had the same batch code and expiry of November. For medical reasons I was unable to take the vitamins and so I kept ordering but now I can take them again, the expiry date does not allow me to. They also lied about the expiry dates when I have proof.
Given this is a premium product - they should do better.
There is no reason for the expiry date to be 1 month and customer service have been incredibly poor in recognising loyal customer service.

We are so sad to hear you have had a negative experience and we want to do everything we can to make it right!
To give you a bit more information on how Vitl works, our subscription model was created to help customers develop routine with supplementation. Our pack contains 4-weeks worth of vitamins and the assumption is that customers will begin taking these relatively soon after they've been received, and are then ready for the next month's supply when their subscription renews 4-weeks later. We do however completely understand that life gets in the way sometimes & people fall out of routine, which is why customers have the ability to easily pause (or even cancel!) directly on our website.
We obviously always ensure the product we send out allows enough time for consumption plus a buffer, which at present means we pull stock 6 weeks prior to its BBE. This timeline has also been determined in an effort to combat unnecessary wastage.
We have sent out a new pack for you which should be with you very soon and do not hesitate to reach out if you have any other issues or questions!

I’ve been using these for almost a…
I’ve been using these for almost a month now, and I much prefer them over regular supplements. Instead of juggling multiple bottles of vitamins or relying on a single multivitamin that might not be very nutritious, this product conveniently combines everything you need. The daily packs come in a cute little box, making them super easy to take. While I haven’t noticed any effects yet, it’s still early, and I really appreciate the convenience they offer. Plus, if you think they’re expensive, they’re actually quite reasonable—buying multiple bottles of vitamins separately would cost about the same.

I recently started taking personalized vitamins from Vitl after struggling with consistent fatigue and known deficiencies in key vitamins . To my amazement, my latest blood tests came back completely normal for the first time! The supplements have truly made a significant impact on my health.

Excellent customer service
After ordering from Vitl for the first time I needed to contact the customer service team with a question. I want to leave a review as it is refreshing to deal with a company who not only cares about the needs of their customers but follows through to ensure you are happy with the both their service and their product. Vitl have gone above my expectation and ensured I feel valued as a customer. At a time where customer service is in decline it is truly refreshing to deal with a company that values your custom.
