I just wanted so say a big thank you to Sejal and Manali in customer services and also Danny and Matthew for technical support with my X-ray sensor. Great Company and Excellent Staff!
I have been dealing with VSDent for some time now. Ever since I have needed any items for our Woodpecker Hygiene Centres, I have only ever contacted VSDent. Cannot fault them! Sejal has been excellent, and always goes way beyond her duty. Dentistry is stressful as it is. Why make it harder on yourself? I make it easier by only dealing with Sejal and VSDent!

I recently contacted VSDent customer service to ask about one of the dental equipment products they sell, although I was not sure whether the practice bought it from the company. Manali in the customer service team was incredibly helpful, responded quickly to my inquiry, and connected me with Mathew, who explained everything in detail—many thanks to everyone at VSDent.
