J'ai commandé une skylight à 39,96 euros le 4 février. J'ai reçu un mail pour me dire que j'allais être livré. Normal pour l'instant. Puis, j'ai reçu un mail comme quoi j'avais été livré ce samedi 8 février. Mais je n'ai rien reçu. Quand je l'ai signalé au SAV, on m'a dit qu'ils étaient désolé pr le retard. Mais le statut de ma commande est toujours noté livrée. Et depuis, je n'ai plus de nouvelle malgré mes mails envoyées.
Alors oui, je ne suis pas satisfaite et oui je recommande aux personnes de se méfier de cette enseigne.
Après ce commentaire sur trustpilote, la situation a été prise en compte. Ma commande est arrivée le 18 février donc tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Je pense plus à un pbs de livraison comme j'habite en montagne, il se peut que le livreur n'est pas eu envie d'aller jusque là. En tout cas, la boutique a réagit et je l'a remercie.

The colour I had ordered turned out to be too dark for my colour. On contacting Wallfree they offered me another colour of my choice and did not require me to return the wrong one saving me the postage. I had been unable to request a replacement until now due to unforeseen events.

Finalmente dopo più di due mesi, tante tante mail al support clienti, i prodotti da me ordinati sono finalmente arrivati.
Non mi soffermo ne sulla l’arte economica e ne sulle problematiche dei corrieri che possono avvenire anche in periodi folli come dicembre, il mio enorme disappunto è rivolto sulla superficialità e mancanza di comunicazioni doverose da parte dell’azienda verso i clienti paganti.
Esperienza pessima, tempo perso per scrivere mail, attendere info e fegato amaro, non valgono i prodotti e i servizi offerti da questa azienda.
MAI PIÙ!!!!!!!!

Metto 4 stelle solo per il ritardo della consegna … (quasi un mese) ma il prodotto è davvero bellissimo! Bambini e grandi davvero soddisfatti! 😍 e’ valsa la pena aspettare

Livraison dans les délais pour Noël, article (Projecteur d'étoiles et galaxie) bien emballé, qui,fonctionne parfaitement bien. Mon fils est ravi.
C'est une entreprise sérieuse.

Tutto perfetto, basta acquistare per tempo, il pacco viene monitorato costantemente. Considerate circa un mese per l'arrivo

El día 13 de Diciembre hice el pedido y me confirmaron el 3 de Enero que ya habían entregado el pedido. Yo no he recibido nada y no atienden mis reclamaciones

Prodotto acquistato il 6 dicembre e ricevuto il 14 gennaio.
Ho dovuto aprire una pratica tramite paypal per riuscire a farmi recapitare il prodotto in un punto poste, perché il corriere sosteneva di avere consegnato il pacco.
Wallfree deve imparare ad ascoltare i propri clienti, visto che io ho passato 20 giorni a scrivere che non avevo ricevuto alcun ordine e che dovevano chiedere al corriere una ricevuta come prova di consegna.
Il prodotto di per sé è buono, ma devo solo ringraziare paypal se sono riuscita a riceverlo dopo 40 giorni.

Great product for the price!.. 5 stars not given as not all images are of great resolution as the moon one (even fine tunning the lens for each image), but Ok. I was also expecting to see the one from Saturn that unfortunately wasn't included (and no meteors passing by like on advertising videos).
Order placed on December 1st, arrived on the 16th, so in time for Christmas gift. Delivery was easily trackable, so very fine work from the shop.

My wife ordered this projector two weeks before Christmas for me. it arrived long after .
I have re-sent an e mail that was sent two weeks ago, including a video showing the problem, informing Wallfree.co that despite there proclamation of this machine running silent, it does not!
a loud continuous clicking sound is heard when in use
This is to loud for the machine to be used over night this is what the projector was to be used for, but would keep us awake if we did. I have asked in my email for a replacement for one that is silent as they proclaim.
Not even an acknowledgment of my first e mail has been received by me.
Have I been conned?

I was getting worried the galaxy projector I bought wasn't going to arrive in time for Christmas. I contacted Wallfree and got an immediate response saying there was a delay but it will be delivered early the following week, which it was. It did take two weeks to arrive but I appreciate it's a busy tome of year and it got here before Christmas which was the main thing. And the projector is great.

The deliver was a little bit late but was in time for Christmas. The product was as described and I´m satisfaid.

Charged in euros .Should have cancelled at this point.Can be bought cheaper off Amazon with faster delivery.Ordered 15th December as a Christmas present and will not arrive in time. Have asked for cancellation and a refund and will update review dependent on response.

Purtroppo non ho notizie del mio ordine del 15/12, il pagamento è passato sulla carta di credito ma non c’è ne tracciamento ne e-mail di conferma.
Lo stato è non spedito.
Ho scritto a ben due e-mail e ancora nessuna risposta…
Non ci sono numeri a cui rivoleresti al momento non so se riceverò l’ordine che per altro era per mio nipote!

L'oggetto è veramente carino e rilassante!!! Ha impiegato piú tempo del previsto. Ma credo si tratti delle Poste . Il pacchetto è arrivato alle 18,30 fortunatamente ero in casa.

Contact enfin reçu de leur part suite à cet avis défavorable.
Gros retard de livraison semble-t-il, commande livrée sous quelques jours m'indique t-on (soit après les fêtes, sympa pour un cadeau ...)
En résumé, pas de confirmation de commande, pas d'info de suivi, pas de contact possible (lien du site non
fonctionnel). De plus un prix affiché avec 50 % de réduction qui reste au final au dessus de ce qu'on trouve sur la plupart des sites d'e-commerce.
Bref, pas sérieux et pas pro.
J'ai commandé par l'intermédiaire d'un lien que l'on m'avait envoyé, on ne m'y reprendra plus.

A éviter absolument !
Commande passée le 07/12, débitée le 08/12 pour 70 €, et aucune nouvelle depuis, ni confirmation de commande, ni information de livraison.
De plus, impossible d'envoyer un mail par le site : message d'erreur sysmétatique.
Je vais signaler comme arnaque et intenter une action.

I am always happy to leave a review when I receive good customer service. When I ordered a wallfree skylight projector for my granddaughter, I accidentally selected the black instead of white model. I immediately sent an email to Wallfree asking to cancel or change my order. I was impressed by the speedy response from customer service. Erika told me it would be replaced with the white model on despatch. The order invoice didn't change so I was slightly skeptical but, low and behold, it arrived today in white! I'm delighted with the shape of the projector and instructions on how to ensure sharp images. It's beautiful. It took just under two weeks to arrive but the delays were customs related, which I had anticipated as I live in Northern Ireland. Another Christmas present sorted. Thank you Erika!

I had a problem with delivery. Nothing to do with the company but more at the UK end.
You always worry when you buy off the Internet that customer service will be terrible but they were absolutely fantastic replying straight away and helping to get it sorted
