Great service
I ordered some stationery late on a Sunday morning. I got a call from a Walton's rep early Sunday afternoon to say they did not have the specific colour folder and would another do. Super impressed by the service and attention to detail. And delivered the very next day. Will definitely order through them again.

The manager at the Walton's store in Moffit Retail Centre was fantastic. I'd purchased an item online that turned out to be defective, and he went out of his way to help me exchange it for one in stock right there in the store. I was working under a tight deadline, and that quick exchange meant I could finish my project on time. Excellent service — much appreciated!

There was two pens that never had the…
There was two pens that never had the caps on. Also one pen had a sticker removed so now the glue is exposed.
I can clearly see that the packaging was rushed.
