I received my water H bottle and boot I absolutely love both the water bottle itself is awesome works great, love my color green haven't had any issues with leaking or even sweat ( which I hate in a bottle) and the boot fit perfectly so cute extremely happy with my bottle and boot🤗

So I had an issue with an order and was very upset and I gave them a one-star rating. The company reached out, offered to help me and give me a replacement at no extra charge! I now give them a 5-star rating which is well deserved!! Great customer service. Thanks so much WaterH for helping and caring.

The water bottle helps you drink the water you need each day, it is fun and the company is GREAT! I had a problem with the bottle not working and customer service was quick to respond to my problem. They gave me steps to follow to resolve the problem and it began working.

This bottle is so good, I’m loving it so far. It’s strong and it keeps things hot or cold for a very long time.And I love their customer service too. So satisfying to open, and you just have to push the button, less stress, great quality 😌.

Kelly from customer service contacted me to let me know that the bottle I ordered was delayed and offered me the option to choose another colour instead. Everything was handled smoothly, and within just a couple of days my new bottle arrived. Very satisfied so far!

It is very useful to monitor and improve your body's hydration.
The app is very good and helps to maintain and control water consumption data. Finally, the customer support is excellent!

I didn't realize how poor my water consumption was day to day. Having this water bottle has been a huge reality check!! No wonder I felt so lethargic! I bought this with my BFF to help track our water intake but it also helps me track my day better with reminders every 30 min. My adhd kicks my ass daily and before I realize it's the end of the day. Having the timed reminders, the daily percentage goal, and app to track history I've been able to start building habits in my time-blind mind. **Which is extremely difficult for me** I struggle keeping a schedule when no two days are ever the same. The competition also encourages me, so I bought one for each of our kids to also build this vital life habit.

The water bottle looks and feel very premium for an affordable price. I just had a few problem with the sensor and I wrote to the customer service which replied to me immediately. They were very helpful and kind enough to send me a replacement !!

I ordered myself a white water bottle a while back and WaterH contacted me to say that it was out of stock and it was going to be back in mid August and I had an email from them today and they said it was still out of stock and gave me a chance to change the colour of my water bottle to pink I'm sooo happy in how helpful they have been keeping me in the loop with my order i would most definitely recommended WaterH and they are most definitely worth five stars very happy and satisfied

So I live in Alaska and when I went to their website it said I lived outside of where they would ship to. So I wrote an email and after some back and forth we worked it out and I got exactly what I needed. Wonderful customer service.

When I placed the order for 18oz black, the support team reached out to me and said that the color wasn't available. I then noticed i wanted 32oz black , still they said it wasn't available, therefore I switched out the color and keep the size. Their response time was great and resolved the issue. This gift is for a friend so I hope she likes it!

I got this as a gift for my birthday and LOVED it. I was trying to stop drinking soda that I was drinking 12+ cans a day but this water bottle helped me to increase my water intake and stop drinking soda. I was in love with this bottle taking it everywhere with me from doctors appointments, physical therapy, outings, you name it. Everywhere I went people would ask about my bottle lighting up and I couldn't wait to tell them about it. I was just about to order a second one for my husband but my bottle stopped tracking my ounces properly about a month into using it which was a huge bummer. I tried to delete the bottle from my app, reconnect it, and re-calibrate it. No luck. So I reached out to customer service and they gave me an auto response with suggestions on problem solving, despite my having already saying I had done those. So I did them again. I responded letting them know it still was not working. They asked me for my order number to help me further, so I provided it. Then never heard from them again. I write back several more times with no response. I submitted a new customer service message and got yet another automated suggestion on things to try to fix it. It was VERY evident it was a robot or they simply just didn't bother reading the message what so ever. I responded to that, no response yet again. I messaged them on Facebook about the issue as well, no response. I don't think they actually have humans helping with customer service what so ever. It doesn't matter how good your product could be, if your customer service is terrible. I will not be buying a second bottle for my husband, and since they have zero desire to help rectify this situation I will be looking for another company for my water needs. This could have been such a fantastic product. I will no longer recommend them to anyone again.
Update: this was NOT Amazon customer service. This was through the waterh website /email as this was a gift for my birthday from a long distance friend so anything in Amazon does me no good to further show how little they're paying attention. A 15% off code doesn't fix my broken water bottle. Why would I want to give you all more money when the first product I had doesn't even work properly.

The most beneficial aspect is the percent tracker that monitors your intake. I thought the light on the bottle would be better though. It lasts like 5 seconds, if I were to change that, I'd make it light up until you drink from it because unless I'm in a dark room, I don't notice it until I scan my surroundings. It also has options to change the lighting color but mine is broken and only shows blue. I would also make a bigger bottle, I refill this one constantly It feels like. And I don't need a notification interrupting my percentage counter to tell me I closed the bottle. However, all that said, I like the percentage feature and that will keep me using it. It's pretty, it's robust, it's fun to drink from because of how much water comes out at once but it's controlled and doesn't get everywhere. If those changes were made I'd be the happiest customer.
The delivery service lost my package, I just informed them that the delivery service they have is sub-par not seeking a replacement and they had a replacement to my door in a few days. Absolutely blown away with the customer service of them. Will definitely be teeling more people about them.
