Excellent customer service!
I've now bought 2 water bottles, one for me and one for my friend. I've also recommended them to 2 other of my friends/family who have also purchased them. So far we are all very happy with our purchases and it has made a big difference in all of our water intakes. The "nudge friend" feature on the app is also cute and fun.
I'd like to give a special compliment to the email response team. I noticed an error on their site indicating a sale was happening, but actually it had already ended. Disappointed, I submitted a form alerting them to the error on their website. They not only corrected the site and apologized, but also offered a coupon - even though the bottles are fairly priced and do go on sale regularly.
I thought my bottle was defective and I emailed the company. They were very prompt in getting back to me offering solutions. Actually I was using it wrong. Love when a company cares enough to respond so quickly.
In addition, it is the best water bottle to track your total for the day. It gives a reminder on my phone as well as lighting up. Great buy.

I absolutely love this water bottle. My best friend showed me hers and I followed suit. It will glow to gently remind you to take drinks. You set your water goal and once you make it to 100% it has little fireworks. I did see the review about accuracy, I will pay attention to that but if it is off I’ll just increase the target amount by the difference. This is just what I needed as a mom of 4 to stay on top of my hydration goals. Thank you WaterH!
I can't see any reason to buy this type of water bottle besides wanting to track your water consumption. That's why I got it. I was very disappointed when I discovered that the tracking is not accurate at all. I drank two 32 oz bottles (64 oz total) and the app tracked that I drank 86 oz. That is not at all helpful when trying to ensure you are hitting your goals daily. Good concept, it just doesn't work

I am writing today to let you know that the WaterH Boost has been a success and game changer for my training and most importantly, my health. I made the purchase over a month ago and had to turn it back/return because it didn't work. I was dissatisfied and disappointed, mainly because it wasn't working. I did receive a replacement bottle after a couple of weeks.
At 62 yo, I am a fitness and wellness professional, so i know the importance of hydration. I am not a huge water drinker, even during working out and training. I didn't realize how much i wasn't drinking water until I got my first WaterH Boost consistently, now that has changed. I had a pacemaker installed/implanted over 16 months ago, this was a game changer for me.
I approach my profession and personal fitness with science and experience, I recommend the WaterH to everyone who has issues with drinking the right amount of water.
I recently purchased one for my ex-wife, she was and is skeptical on smart products, we now have shared each other's account and enjoy keeping track. There are so many things that i enjoy about the Boost, I am going to get the Vita.
I would love to talk about being more in-depth with my honest review and testimony, if you are looking for and interested, please let me know. Thank you again for all that the team has done. My only recommendation would be to determine how much water is left in the bottle, other than that, it is the best.
I love this water bottle so far. I struggle to drink water and this has been a huge help! I love that it lights up and sends me notifications to remind me to drink. So far so good, my partner might end up getting one as well.

Overall very happy so far! I like my water nice and cold, so I keep some ice in the bottle too. The ice takes a long time to melt, and the water always stays nice and cold! As far as I can tell, the tracking is quite accurate as well. The app is also easy to use, and I like that I can add my partner (who ordered one after just a couple days of seeing me with mine!) and track their progress too. It adds a fun competitive element to make sure we both drink enough! Plus I can remind them to drink more if I see a low amount when I check, hehe. Good battery life too! It's still 66% after almost a week which is definitely good enough for me.

First, I absolutely LOVE my water bottle. It's cute, and keeps me on target. It's not so big that it's takes up a ton of space. I needed customer services and they were amazing. They worked with me to fix an issue. So beyond blessed that they helped me solve an issue. So I can love my water bottle more.

I’m terrible with my water intake. Busy mom of three kids, I own a hair salon where I’m constantly on the go, this bottle has been life changing keeping me hydrated! It’s connected to my watch, my phone which is a constant reminder to drink! I highly recommend this bottle. I know it seems like it should just be easy to stay hydrated, maybe it is for some.. but if you are anything like me, it’s challenging. This bottle is for you
Customer service is amazing!! I was able to change an item in my order with no issues and within an hour of sending my initial email.
I’ve been trying to get my money back and cancel the order and they charged my credit card. They keep harassing me and saying they will give me a discount. They sent me the same email twice (sounds like a bot) after I sent them different emails asking to cancel the order and give me the money back and take charges off my card. They haven’t sent the order which I’m happy for that. I don’t want to deal with this company anymore.
Who needs tracking of water like that anyway! They probably are tracking everywhere you go anyway.
Have not used it. It’s a Christmas gift for someone!
I love my water bottle! I struggle with water intake and purchased this water bottle to help. I emailed them with a question insanely early in the morning on a weekend day and they got back to me in less than 10 minutes. They were very friendly and helpful.
The customer service is amazing. My order was being shipped to the wrong address. I sent an email and got a quick response. And the problem was fixed without any issues. I will definitely be ordering again.
I really like the wireless charging capabilities of the Vita 18oz. I think that really makes it easier for me to make sure my bottle is charged. There are a couple things I hope they do improve:
1. The syncing capability. There have been times that I would drink, sometimes a full bottle until it is empty and place it down and it won't sync and record what I just drank. It has happened a few times now, always after making sure I let it calibrate after filling it. So I would have to manually enter the 18oz and that is just painful for me. The other syncing issue is that I have my bottle linked to HealthKit and the app will sync OUT to HealthKit but it won't sync the info INTO the app FROM HealthKit. Ideally, I want to be able to sync in previous data I have synced with HealthKit into the app to keep track of where I am.
2. The app is great at showing all the important items of record, but there's no choice between ºC and ºF. I think as a whole, it would be better to have a better way to adjust any of the metrics that a user is used to seeing.
3. More helpful tooltip text. I have no idea what TDS is and it would be great if there was some indicator to explain what that meant to me and why it is useful.
4. For the bottle. We know that it can handle green when charging, red when there's an error, and blue when it is reminding or recording. I would love the ability to update the recording or success colors to whatever color I'd like it to show. Example, if I hit my goal for the day, I would love for it to flash in rainbow colors or something really specific so that I know my goal has been achieve how I personally set it.
Overall, I do think the bottle has potential. I'd love to see a larger capacity bottle in the future, as 18oz tends to empty pretty quickly for me. But that's minor really.
I bought 2 different WaterH bottles over the last 10 months - the WaterH Vita 18oz and the WaterH Boost 32oz chug bottle.
No problems with the Vita…still works perfectly.
Approximately 1-1/2 months after purchasing the Boost 32oz (chug), it stopped recording my water intake on both the App and on the bottle itself. After emailing WaterH about my issue. Kelly immediately assisted in troubleshooting (via a few back and forth emails) and are now sending me a new replacement bottle! Kudos to WaterH and their customer support rep (Kelly) who stayed on top of my problem daily until ultimately satisfying my problem with a new replacement of the bottle.
VERY happy and grateful with this company and their relentless pursuit to make it right! Many thanks to Kelly and the tech team at WaterH!

I have ordered one WaterH Boost+ and was really happy with it. So I ordered another one using Shop app and never received the item (it has been two weeks).
Contacted customer service multiple times (about 5 different times) and they were extremely slow with responses and still couldn’t fix the problem. Also, I dropped the the brand new bottle once and it is almost unusable. Their products are not durable and their customer service is the by far the worst I’ve seen. Definitely will not purchase another! If you don’t want to lose money to their scammy customer service, stay away!
