I visited WeSmile back in January and after a lot of diliberation have decided to sign up and came to visit the clinic yesterday. Miguel has always been a joy to deal with, is patient and great at explaining thing and answering my questions. Dr Hoff also came to visit and was very kind in making me feel very comfortable with the future treatment to come.

I have saved heaps as a result of joining Smile, I needed a lot of Crown work, and a couple of implants, would of gone without if I hadn't joined Smile.

Having just completed my WeSmile treatment, I am extremely happy with the results and the entire treatment process. The entire team at WeSmile is great and supportive of you achieving your smile goals. It was important for me when selecting WeSmile, that a real dentist would be reviewing my progress throughout the treatment.

The initial scan of my teeth was simple, and from that a treatment plan was put together for me to approve. I found the first pair of retainers uncomfortable, but that eased after a few days and caused no further issues as I progressed through the other pairs of retainers.

People didn't notice I was wearing retainers, and were surprised when I told them. WeSmile want you to get your ideal results and I had a few additional retainers done for my lower teeth as well so that I could be 100% satisfied with the outcome (lower teeth were worse to begin with).

I always had a point of contact throughout my treatment and that was really important to me, as was having a dental professional review my treatment (done via a mobile app).

The great thing about having a real team of dental professionals, is that you can keep the results you get through the retainers with a bonded retainer or night time retainer at the end of treatment, without which, your results won't last as your teeth always move (I'm actually getting both to ensure my teeth stay where they are).

I couldn't recommend WeSmile more highly! It offers an affordable way to get great quality results.

I have finished my aligners journey with Wesmile & Dr Hoff and am now just waiting for my permanent retainers to keep my smile forever! The journey has been easy and very quick, the staff at Wesmile are all so friendly and helpful and Dr Hoff has been such a caring professional with your treatment first and foremost as his priority. I have already made many recommendations to my friends and family regarding treatment with Wesmile and would recommend them to anyone. There were no unexpected out of pocket expenses and the treatment is so economical compared to other clear aligners available. Another benefit is you have them fitted and checked- rather than other aligners that arrive in the mail- so if they do not fit properly, it is dealt with immediately.
A few things to remember on your exciting clear aligners journey:
1. Hygiene is exceptionally important
2. Wear the aligners 22 hours a day for optimum correction
3. Accept that you cannot drink tea & coffee all day- fit them into breaks
4. You will not have time for multiple snack breaks, as cleaning your teeth and aligners takes too long- try to have only 3 meal breaks a day
5. If you have engagers (attachments), your aligners will be tight and hard to remove. Use your outie stick- the hook side for top aligners and the straight side for your bottom aligners. It will save you a lot of grief!!

I have just completed my WeSmile plan and have to say I am amazed by the results. The dental monitoring app was great to keep on track with the progress and see the shifts happening. I found the entire experience an absolute breeze and would highly recommend it to anyone who wanted to perfect their smile!

My teeth now look better than ever. I had some moderate upper & lower crowding that especially annoyed me when looking at photos. This crowding is now gone.

My experience with We Smile has been great. First my first appointment I have had fantastic service. All my questions were answered and I went into my treatment plan very happy.
I use We Smile to straighten my top teeth this was a 6 month 12 aligner plan, which I ended up finishing in 4 months as I followed all the guidelines and advice given to me. I am extremely happy with the outcome and cannot believe it only took 4 months. We Smile was also very reasonably priced my treatment came in well under the budget I had planned to straighten my teeth. I know I would have paid much more in other places. I also had a great experience with Dr Hoff the dentist who put my treatment plan together he was available to speak anytime I called his practice. The team at TLC dental were great to deal with and very welcoming. I would highly recommend We Smile I am delighted with my new smile.

So i just finished my treatment. I had a total of 24 aligners (12 upper and 12 lower), the whole treatment for me is around 6 months.

I am really happy with my end result. The whole process is nice and easy. You only need to scan your teeth regularly through a dental app. Then Dr Hoff will review and advise when you can proceed to the next set of aligner. You can even send a message through the app if you have any questions. Do expect some pain when you first started the treatment, but it will get better when you get used to the aligners.

At the end of the treatment you have the option to choose a removable retainers or fixed permanent retainers.The fixed retainers is sightly more expensive which will be done by Dr Hoff at his private practice. I chose the fixed retainers as i found it more convenient which suit my lifestyle more.

I'm currently in my final set (I've got 8 sets altogether) and honestly, I'm SO AMAZED on how my smile has changed in just 4 months!!! Incredible!!

I was surfing on the internet just to see if there we any affordable and reliable options out there to fix my then-overjet teeth and found WeSmile. I booked an appointment and came in for the free consultation, and so I met Faleya - she's such a sweetheart and wonderful person to talk to! She then took images of my teeth and sent them over to Dr. Hoff to analyse. Few weeks later, I received my proposed treatment plan! Its amazing to get to see a 3D model of your teeth and its predicted final outcome. You even get to show it to your family and friends! I decided to go ahead with the treatment and start my journey with the aligners.

The first time I wore my 1st set of aligners, they hurt really bad. I just couldn't stop thinking about the aligner in my mouth. I guess my teeth just weren't used to it. These aligners really grip on your teeth so tightly - I had difficulties in taking them out for the first few days. Nevertheless, the pain lasted for about 3 days - in which after 3 days, the pain wasn't as bad as Day 1. They slowly feel 'loose' and were easy to take out aligners from your mouth as time progresses.

I remember by the end of the 10th day of wearing the 1st set of aligners, you use the DM app to take scans of your teeth. Remember how I said the pain lasted 3 days in the beginning? Well, after the 10th day, when you change to your 2nd set of aligners, the pain comes back! But honestly, this time, the pain only lasts for about 24 hours then you're okay. It's pretty normal to get the 'tight' feeling from the aligners when you change to a new one. Over time, you'll get used to it - it actually gets better towards the end. So don't worry, it's not too bad!

As I'm currently in my final stage, honestly I'm going to miss having my aligners in my mouth for 22 hours a day. But I'm definitely looking forward to showing my straight and aligned teeth to the world! I've friends who noticed my front teeth wasn't 'sticking out' as before anymore by my 5th set! Overjet problem solved! Therefore, I definitely recommend WeSmile! They have such amazing staffs, and they're easy to reach should you have any problems or concerns! I'm very happy with how my teeth turned out and the staff at We Smile was extremely helpful and friendly. Before starting my treatment, I looked at other aligner alternatives but decided to go with We Smile because they listened to what my concerns were and what I wanted to achieve.
