Very good service. The program works, it’s easy to keep track of what we need to do and if we have questions, they are answered promptly. 100% positive!

I'm on day 10 and it has been a great experience so far. Jason has been a rock star and has really made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. He is knowledgeable, professional and very thorough.

The technology is amazing and is very easy to use/ access. I'm about to take my first progress scan and looking forward to seeing the pics.

Five weeks in and so far, it has been a great service! Can't wait to see the end result!

Overall great experience from the initial walk through and scan from the team. Was contacted by Vanessa to let me know unfortunately I was not suited for the treatment as my crowding was a bit more severe and would need to see an Orthodontist to remove teeth.

Today’s my 4th day with the Aligners & so far it has been quite smooth by following all the guidance from Dr Vanessa and the rest of the staff members who have been fantastic answering every question I’ve asked. I do apologise if I have forgotten the names of the rest of the staff members who I met on the day of 3D Scan. I had a few more questions to ask Dr Hoff personally & Dr Hoffenberg was very professional by calling me to introduce himself & to answer my questions & I couldn’t be happier as I know now that I’m in good hands with the professionalism Dr Hoff has provided until now. I’m looking forward to finishing off my 5 months aligners treatment.

I had contemplated getting my teeth fixed for a long time, but had pushed it off because I wasn't sure what treatment to get done or where to go.

We Smile was suggested by a friend, I had my initial consultation with Vanessa. The overall experience has been great! Venessa has been so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the treatment.

Consultation Phase - Great
Vanessa and the crew that i met during the initial consultations were informative and friendly. I was provided clarity of the benefits and risks of the treatment and the pricing plans were relatively simple. The service and attitude were also fantastic and they gave off a vibe that they were busy but enjoyed what they do. Dr Hoff gave me a call on the weekend to have a candid conversation of what i am looking to achieve which i appreciated.

Treatment Phase - Average
Upon payment and commencement of the treatment plan, i was pretty much left to my own devices to manage the schedule and ensure i followed the recommended process of 22/7 with the aligners to achieve the desired outcome. I understand that the self-service procedure represented the terms of the treatment plan. However, i was surprised there was little to no advice from the WeSmile team on external appointments complementing the treatment (eg. engagers + IPR). Leading into my 3rd aligner, i was neither reminded or informed to make an appointment to have engagers infused onto my teeth before i could proceed to the next aligner. Whilst i understand that it's a self-service treatment, i would recommend that the WeSmile team implement some method of a reminder service for the patients to make these appointments in advance (via phone, email or even the DM app). Lastly, when i attended my appointment with Dr Hoff, i was not advised to bring my treatment plan and engager template as i was not aware it existed in my WeSmile pack. This became an inconvenience as the appointment had to be rescheduled.

I would seriously recommend implementing reminders and more detailed notifications in the DM app that is personalised to the patient's treatment plan, as i don't see this as a significant resourcing cost. It will likely increase the likelihood of patients achieving their desired outcome

Edit: the Wesmile team have responded positively to my feedback and implemented some thoughtful refinements to their customer service processes. Friendly reminders have been introduced into the process to assist patients of upcoming appointments required for their treatment. This is a reflection of a customer-focussed business and I commend their collective efforts. Whilst I am a first time orthodontic patient, the experience to date with wesmile has been professional and courteous, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to friends and family. Great job team!

The whole experience with WESMILE was amazing, the team are incredibly professional and the results are better then I could have hoped for. I would recommend WESMILE to all of my friends and family. While there are a number of other companies who claim to offer similar products and services WESMILE are by far the best. When it comes to your teeth why would you settle for anything less then the absolute best.

I’m halfway through my treatment with We Smile and really couldn’t be happier with the results and the service. The team at We Smile are a really caring and genuine bunch and Dr Hoff is great too. My teeth are so much straighter than when I started a few months ago and it’s also really simple to use the app for scans along the way. Would recommend this treatment and this team to anyone who wants to improve their smile.
