Mel was a gentleman. Very professional, friendly and warm.
The lady who conducted my assessment was friendly, competent and the nicest person.
The assessment didn't take long to complete and there was no discomfort at all.
I was contacted by the dentist personally a week or so later to discuss my assessment results. He too was so friendly and professional. He explained everything clearly and was happy to answer my questions.
I would absolutely recommend we smile.

Absolutely Exceeded Expectations

I have always been conscious of my slightly crooked smile, and after a while, it completely changed the way I carried myself. I never felt that I could smile properly because I was always worried that my crooked teeth would somehow ruin it - insanely silly, I know.

While I wanted this more than anything, I wasn't willing to pay 10K plus to shift my two front teeth. So I waited. And then I started to see some companies pop up in Sydney who were finally offering a way to straighten your teeth for an affordable price, so I actually ordered a home kit from another company - Your Smile Direct.

I won't go into details because this review isn't about Your Smile Direct, but with We Smile - but I'll just say that the reviews online about Your Smile Direct are 100% the horrible experience that I had.

Then came along We Smile. Mel and Dr Hoff have exceeded my expectations in every way since I sent across my very first appointment request. They listened to exactly what I wanted, they set my expectations, gave me regular updates (and reminders) on my progress and what comes next. They both put so much personal effort into each and every one of their clients, so much so that if I ever had a question (however menial), that I always felt that I could call them at any time.

I am now on set 8, and have had so many people come to me for recommendations, and every single one I have sent over to Mel and Dr Hoff at We Smile.

There is nothing to regret with this - I get to change something that I have always had issue with, for an amazing price, supported by a fantastic team. I will always be grateful to them for making this such a seamless experience.

If you can look past the strange office set up, the professionalism of the team is top notch and my aligners are working as promised. The app is easy to use and the service as a whole is amazing value.

My experience with We Smile has been excellent and I would highly recommend this company for teeth straightening treatment. The staff have been great from the initial appointment/scan to receiving my aligners I have received ongoing followup and support with any questions I had along the way. Its also great to have the orthodontist available on hand for any concerns which is not the case with some of the other companies. I'm on my 3 of 11 aligners now and the great thing is no one knows I'm wearing them :)

I highly recommend We Smile if you want to get straight teeth! I am currently more than halfway through my treatment and could not be more happier with the movement of my teeth so far. I am very excited to see the final results!

The staff were friendly, professional and provided exceptional service throughout the appointments, always making sure I was comfortable. I was given a thorough and detailed explanation of the overall treatment which included how to use a cool app on my phone which monitors the movement of my teeth and even tells me when to change my aligners. Using this app has been so convenient and has made the whole process very easy and smooth.
