This is by far the best company I have every had the pleasure of doing business with. We had a couple of issues with heated vests we ordered and the customer service is the best I have ever delt with. Customer service took care of any issue we had very promptly and communication was the best part of the whole experience. They stand by there products and there products are very well made. Thank you for the great experience.

I had a great experience with this Weston! I purchased a heated vest about two years ago, and recently the battery pack started to expand. Unfortunately, I couldn't find my receipt and couldn't remember which email address or shipping address I had used when placing the original order.

Their customer service team went above and beyond to help me track down my order number so they could get a replacement sent out. They were helpful, patient, and made the entire process easy and hassle-free.

While having to replace a battery pack was certainly not something I expected, the way this company handled the situation speaks volumes about their customer service and commitment to their customers.

I would absolutely buy from this company again! It's easy to judge a company when everything goes right, but how they handle a problem is what really matters. They earned my continued business and my recommendation!

I have ordered 3 products from weston so far - A jacket last year and socks and gloves this year - can beleive I ever did cold outdoor stuff without these products - quality all the way. I had a delivery issue with USPS that resulted in my gloves sitting in the rain for 2 days and ruining the box and waterlogging the batteries. Customer service was all over it and sent new batteries no questions asked. Great products. Great customer service

Thought I had made a mistake on an order and giving the wrong delivery address. I reached out to support and within minutes, they assured me the correct address was noted. Incredible response!!!! Hope the heated gloves are as good as the customer support. Looking forward to them.

I received the order and had tried them on right away, their sizing guide worked wonderfuly. The customer service sent me an email a few days after receiving the gloves to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and of course it is. I have a feeling these will become my favorite piece of winterwear for my cold Chicago winters !! So far, I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone that needs that warmth for the cold.

I have purchased 6 pair of the heated socks. I've kept some for myself and gifted the others. The socks definitely keep you warm on low heat and occasionallyi bump up the heat under extreme conditions. I work outside all winter long and in houses without utilities where inside the homes it's much colder than outside. My feet remain warm the entire time. Out of all the pairs of socks, One sock and one battery malfunctioned. I reached out to customer service which they felt immediately, literally immediately. Customer service resolved my issue after a few questions and sent out a replacement order right away. There's just no reason I can be be dissatisfied. Great service from start to finish and a great product! Thank you Weston Store! 🙂

My husband and I are very happy with the heated puffer jacket, the fleece jacket and the vest we ordered. It's a life saver when you live in a country with long, cold winters. Customer service is excellent! Had a problem with one item and received an email response almost immediately.

I have raved about Weston's heated socks ever since I got them this winter. They've changed the game for me when it comes to winter activities. When I had an issue with another product I ordered, their customer service responded immediately, and solved the problem. I couldn't be happier with my experience as a customer.

When I had a problem I called the phone number that was listed and left a message. I quickley found out that texting was quicker and more functional. My problem was taken care of by a representative who was polite and very caring of my situation. I am impressed with their products AND service department. My experience with the Weston Store has been frustrating, and we ended up having to keep a set of gloves that did not fit.
I first ordered the Weston Heated Gloves as a birthday gift for my wife. I even paid extra for easy returns. The heated gloves were too bulky, so we decided to exchange them for the Weston Heated Glove Liners. I called and spoke to the customer service representative as my wife measurement was on the border line between M/L and XS/S. the representative recommended the M/L. Upon receipt of the M/L liners these we too big so we initiated an exchange for the XS/S liners. Upon receiving the XS/S liners they we still too big/bulky. I then attempted to initiate a return and was told by customer service that we were past the 30 days from placing our original order. We worked faithfully with the Weston Store to obtain gloves that fit and after all the interaction with Weston Store there is no way we could meet the 30 day return limit. The final customer service response was – “We truly understand your position, but we are unable to extend the return window for this order. This policy is in place to ensure consistency and fairness across all orders.” This policy is better characterized by inflexibility, inconsideration of a customer who tried to obtain a workable product, and unfairness to us.
The product is a good one but the process to obtain a proper fitting product is unreasonable and unsatisfactory.
