Amazing stuff
Amazing stuff, the slabs at my back door were covered in green algae. I power washed them a few months ago and cleared it away but within 4 or 5 weeks it was back. One application and it was all gone and so far nothing has come back.

Excellent customer service
I ordered 5 litres of Wet & Forget on a Friday online, assuming it would be delivered after the weekend. I was amazed that it was delivered (free) the next day, a Saturday. Fantastic customer service, and an excellent product!

I ordered two items based upon next day…
I ordered two items based upon next day delivery. My items weren’t delivered. I then had to reinforce my address details. As I was going away for the weekend I requested delivery to a neighbour. Luckily my neighbour, following phone calls from my wife, checked our doorstep twice whereupon he found a parcel on each occasion.
I was eager to use the product and then found out the delivery spray didn’t work.
I have been happy with previous purchases but this time I am very disappointed.

A useless product
A useless product. This did not remove any algae from my concrete patio, even when used in higher concentration ratios. After a week not any sign of improvement. Avoid would be my advice.

Resposta da Wet & Forget
Hi there, we are very sorry to hear that you haven't seen the expected results on your patio yet. Please keep in mind that while algae can sometimes clear in a few days, the time required depends heavily on the severity of the contamination and environmental conditions. In many cases, it is a gradual process that continues to work over several weeks/months.
If you have any further queries please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Best Regards

Product didn’t work for me.
Product didn’t work for me.
I used 2 full 2 litre bottles of wet & forget rapid on my slabs and it made almost no difference. In small patches it worked but 95% of the area was unaffected.
It came recommended so I had high expectations but it barely made any difference. So I gafe gone back to jet washing.
