BIT SCEPTICAL BUT I WAS WRONG!…
Bit sceptical about the claims ,but was I wrong! Had almost given up hope on the rubber promenade tiles on our balcony having endured years of bird droppings, leaf mould residue and moss I followed the instructions to the letter and after 3 weeks (including several downpours) the result was quite incredible. I'm not sure about the reapplication time scale but plan to repeat spring and autumn.

Excellent product for treating outside spaces. Only downside is the use of EVRI, which is this area gives poor service - for example - 'we'll let you know when out for delivery' - NEVER have! Have used the sprayer product for several years - the hose attachment version treated a flagged compound slightly smaller than a tennis court in less than 10 minutes! Worth the extra cost. Window product worked well on conservatory windows but less so on high house windows as could not 'agitate'.
