The company robbed us! Took money for a survey they knew would not happen, didn’t pay their staff and now they seem to be altering any reviews that are written. Please never use this company!

Excellent surveyors
Excellent communication. Surveyor arrived on time and did not take long to assess and survey the property. The valuation was with me the same day and was fair. A fair price too. I would recommend this company.

I would recommend White Horse…
I would recommend White Horse Surveyors, they were very professional and efficient at dealing with my booking of a level 2 home survey. The surveyor Jake rang me the next day after he surveyed the property and went through all the details of the inspection with me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and the next day I received a written copy of the report. Excellent service all round!

THE STAFF HAVE NOT BEEN PAID EITHER
Work your backside off only to be told on payday that you are not going to be paid as the company has folded. No communication from anyone within higher ranks advising what is going on, just sat in limbo hoping they eventually pay out :(

No refunds - ceased trading all of a sudden
Paid and arranged a survey to be conducted next week a month ago only to be sent an abrupt email this morning that they’ve ceased trading as of 31/10/23 but there are no administrators yet and no monies will be refunded nor will any surveys be honoured and to find another company. Disgusting. What’s happened to my money???? They’re perfectly happy to have a cancellation policy where if you cancel they can charge you nearly £100 or even the full amount, yet now they’ve cancelled on short notice it’s tough for the customers and we’re expected to fork out hundreds of pounds extra to get another company to carry out the survey I’ve already paid for. Don’t even have the decency to have a way to contact them. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Absolute cowboys.

Very efficient and thorough
Very efficient, quotation and survey all booked in quickly. Surveyor has called on both occasions (I've recently had surveys on 2 different houses) to give topline before sending through full survey. Very thorough.

GONE ‘BUST’ .. in theory
Just received an email to say that Whitehorse Surveyors have ceased to trade as of 31 October 2023 and will not be returning any fees paid and will not honour booked surveys.

Booked in for a survey but didn’t show up, I’ve since had an email saying they’ve stoped trading and they’re not refunding or honouring booked surveys. Please avoid!!

GONE BUST
We were due to have a level 3 survey completed today however, I now understand the firm has gone bust?? We can't get in touch via phone or email and have also paid in full. Do not use.
