Great price for a level 2 survey and were very helpful in the process- was quick to do the survey on our house and gave us a call on the day once it was complete for a quick update. Also received the report back the following week- very helpful and quick!

I approached WHS for a RICS Red Book valuation. When the Surveyor visited he assured me that he was working in my best interest, as far as he was able and that the valuation would be based on the lowest of three nearby similar property sale prices, suitably adjusted. Neither of these promises were apparent in the valuation given! The valuation document was poor in content at 6 pages long and somewhat simple and amateurish. I felt that the valuation was over-valued! On asking WHS to review their valuation, they were happy with it.
Being unhappy with WHS’s valuation, I got a second RICS valuation. This resulted in a document of 16 pages and a valuation based on five local house sales. I was astounded by the difference in the two valuations - it was huge! I could not understand how the same house, using the same RICS parameters could give such divers valuations! I found WHS both a waste of money and a waste of time by causing an unwanted delay in the tight schedule I Had.

The good and speedy RICS survey. Was a good price at £395 for my property and I was informed along the whole process of what was going on with text message confirming things along the way. Very Professional and fast.

White Horse surveyors were fantastic from start to finish.
We needed a last minute survey on a property that we were purchasing. Lyndsey was really helpful and managed to book us in really quickly and talk us through everything that we needed.

Following the survey we received a call the next day from Jamie (surveyor) to give the thumbs up on the property and then had the report a couple of days later.

The turnaround from initial enquiry to full report was a week! And we were able to move into our home shortly after.
