Great service from Chloe who installed the service and Marcus helped me with a problem it went in with no problems great service

In contacted this company regarding a request to enter my property asking for the reason they need to enter and I got an automated email response saying they will reply within 48hrs. It’s been 7 days and I’ve sent 4 emails asking for the info. No reply so I don’t recommend this company.

We had to wait several months to get connected but that was only due to Wildanet having to extend their lines into a totally new area. Communication with customer service has been good throughout, and they kept us briefed on progress. So yes, it took a long time but understandably so.
Derek and Josh were the installation team and they were excellent, being friendly and communicative but also happy to position cables and boxes exactly where we wanted them. They left everything clean, neat and tidy.

Marcus at Wildanet was very quick to psy me the £200 towards the cost of breaking my contract with another company. Much appreciated.

I placed my order last Friday, by Tuesday all outside connections were done. I had an email on Wednesday to say they would be with me today to install inside the property and connect. I phoned customer services as I had an appointment when they were due to come and they brought the installation forward to fit around me. So quick so helpful and the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do more to help. A week from ordering on line to full installation and the speed is great. Would recommend. Thank you all at Wildanet, you can’t beat the Cornish :-)

Fibre was installed a short while ago. The installer was pleasant and helpful, making sure we were aware of his intentions and listened to how and where the installation should be made. The limited mess was cleaned up with care. I have not connected to it yet as i already have internet and i’m waiting for the new router to go through its upgrades and settle down. I cant therefore comment on the actual connection speed or stability as this requires a few days to fairly assess.
So far so good.

Wildanet arrived last week to install the new equipment, only to find BT had not inspected their pole outside on the roadside. Wildanet had to ask BT to inspect their apparatus to enable them to climb the pole safely, once this was done wildanet were very fast in rebooking with me to come and install the equipment etc. the team turned up on the day and on time , swiftly carried out their works with no issues. The wildanet team (AARON & JACK), were a pleasure to have on the property curtious, polite and also very helpful. They both ran through the checks and offered advise on how to get the best from the new equipment and also wildanet, once we were online and happy , the two guys cleaned up the little mess and tools they had on site . Very nice lads , thank you wildanet for the installation and also the great price we will now be paying for our broad band which is cheaper then Vodafone for full fibre, not partial fibre from Vodafone .

Going to 1G/200M fibre from 25/4 copper and saving £6 per month was a good deal to me. I normally dislike the faffing around when you change things, but Wildanet were very efficient, easy to deal with and treated me like a person. After I started the switch, I was delighted become eligible for the £75 'friends and family' rewards, as was my neighbour who was already a happy customer (Thanks Jack Challoner in Sales). Then the external install - digging up the street and a bit of my garden - all very smooth, and the contractors were fine with getting the cosmetics right. The the internal install - thanks to Josh and Jacob, who were happy to position all the kit exactly as I needed it. And finally, on discovering on the day before installation that Wildanet had a free upgrade to 1G+1G symmetric service, I called to ask if I could get that upgrade, and thanks to Chantelle, it was implemented within hours without any fuss.

My speed test today showed 1089 Mbps down and 1063 Mbps upstream!

I recommend Wildanet.

Jacob and Josh did the interior setup of the router and connection to the outside word. Another Josh and one other (I’m sorry can’t remember) did the outside work. Honestly what a great bunch of guys, personable, friendly and very helpful. The installation was very neat and the fibre connection is just in another league to the old fibre to box service. As someone who has worked in customer service for years as a service engineer. I was very impressed by them all and was very appreciative of their knowledge.

When they come to survey the property the people were polite knocked on the door and explained what theybwas going to do.

Day 1 of installation the workers arrived at 9:35 and was still sat in the van at 10:30 because they even started what they was meant to be doing .

Day 2 of the installation the workers arrived and did even knock on the door to acknowlege me they was here

Day 3 the final day of installation what can i say derek was very polite and very understanding when i explained where i wanted the broadband box to go derek had a few problems along the way but nothing was to much trouble . It was all done and connected within as little as a hour and a half , Derek also talked me through about the broadband box will do a few updates but should be complete in a few hours, and even went out of his way to help me set the wifi up.
I would 100% highly recommend switching to wildnet .

The team where friendly and explained everything they had to do and made everything was fitted where we wanted it ,work was clean and tidy .we have gone from a max of 24 mg bits to 370 for half the price
