Excellent experience! My property had no prior connection fibre or copper and this fresh install was quick and hassle free. Their installer knew his stuff and got by router installed just where I needed it to be. They use Nokia routers and infrastructure which is top tier kit! Needless to say speed fantastic, easily living up to the package I went for. 10/10!

Living in the far west of Cornwall, having access to a 2 Gbps Symmetrical Broadband service is absolutely incredible. For our home business, it is a game-changer, and it is a massive competitive advantage when managing our holiday letting apartments where guests demand modern, ultra-fast Wi-Fi standards. The internet connectivity is absolutely rock solid, and our integrated digital phone service runs flawlessly alongside it. What truly sets Wildanet apart, however, is their team. When you call, there are no endless automated robotic menus to navigate—just real, helpful people committed to good old-fashioned customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending Wildanet to anyone looking for premium broadband and top-tier local support.

I have been with Wildanet now for over a year and very happy with the broadband service and price.

This review is on behalf on an elderly neighbor and their switch over from BT, following a visit from Mark Holland of Wildanet.

It was very important for this neighbor to have a home phone with international calls alongside their broadband, they also required minimum disruption with the instillation due to a very ill partner. They asked my opinion as I was already with Wildanet and often help out with any laptop / Wi-Fi type issue.

Mark was able to provide an excellent price, nearly half their current bill and ensured them everything would be done as required. He checked with me again after the install to ensure the provided internet phone, which arrives separately and I installed, was working ok.

Final comment, After the broadband went live I went to connect the various internet item to the new Wi-Fi, phones, TV, laptop but I was very impressed that the installer had already done all that before he left.

I love the fact they're a Cornish company, and offer great deals with internet services I can barely fault... However. The installation team left a large hole in my building, without filling it. Also it turns out that I had not been set up with a direct debit, and after a few months of not noticing they gave me a week to sort that out. I struggled to do so because they lack a proper website where customers can manage their accounts. So after trying to call them I requested a call back. They took over a day to get back to me, which I missed their call because of work. I am now without internet. Emailing was much quicker! I paid off the £130+ pounds outstanding (no fee's mind you. Only what I owed from missed months) and am now awaiting for it to come back...
If you have problems email them! Phone lines are not quick, and there is no way to check your account online for these kinds of problems!
Other than the unprofessional setup with my wall and direct debit, the internet speeds are stability are astounding! No faults there.
I only wish there was an easy way to access your account online rather than going through the stressful services they have.
The staff themselves seem nice and willing to help as much as possible, but wouldn't have to help as much if things were run a bit smoother.
Can't wait to have my internet back lol

Well from start to finish everything went smoothly and my field agent John Ballard was first class very helpful and always at the end of the phone or email and I am happy with Wildanet and they are cheaper and faster than my previous company thank you Wildanet and a very big thank you to John

They did everything they could to get us connected and the engineer did a great job. The speeds are fantastic. Much better than i expected. Its like light speed compared with what we had!

Excellent engineering support for a rapid connection, really pleased with the speed and service provided. This was all let down by them not managing the switch from BT which resulted in me paying extra cash to BT. Not happy about that!!

A quick and easy process with a great staff. the internet is lot faster

Very helpful staff, especially Chantelle, Jack and Chloe.
Only downside took ages to answer phone - hung on for 21 minutes. Chloe did the final installation and was most knowledgeable and efficient.

The team from Wildanet have installed fibre to the property for us here in rural Cornwall.
We had an inadequate connection before the upgrade, but now we are enjoying superfast broadband.
The installation to the property was not straightforward and the "civil" team had to dig a 50 metre trench from the road to get us connected, but it was done considerately and all was made good.
The installation was completed today by Kai who got us up and running and explained everything.
Proper job!
