Wij wachten reeds 8 weken op een gewonnen bedrag.Meerdere keren contact gehad echter nog steeds niets binnen op onze rekening. Het is een grote oplicht bende ons idee, dus wijze raad speel hier niet want je krijgt niets en als je niet op past verlies je alleen maar je zuurverdiende centen.

I became vip at this casino, but wanted to close my account… they didnt reply at all on questions about account closure, they only reply when your asking someting regarding a deposit. Totally unacceptable that after 2 weeks and 5 mails they are not responding on questions about account closure and when i ask about sth else, they reply within 1 hour. AVOID THIS SCAM

The worst thing about casinos with zero RTP is that they only take money and never give anything back. I have asked countless times for my account to be closed, but they refuse to do so. Stay away, it's a big scam.
The answer has nothing to do with reality. Over 20 emails requesting account closure, and they still haven't deleted it.

Issues with depositing
Made a deposit on the 18th of November 2025 but the payment failed. It was during the time Cloudflare had issues, so i think that was the problem. BUT here comes the issue: the money is deducted from my bank account, but not creditted in the casino account. Support isn't helpful, they keep telling me to wait. But all deposits are always INSTANT in the past, so something must be wrong this time and they are not helpful or doing anything. I provided a screenshot of the payment as well. I now contacted the 3rd party myself who provides the payment- seeing as Winhero wont do anything (no support at all).
Hopefully I can get it resolved by getting my money back.

Ik probeer al meer dan een week m’n account te sluiten hier en al m’n data te laten verwijderen maar ze blijven je aan het lijntje houden. Het zou toch niet zo moeilijk moeten zijn dit te doen maar heb oneindig mailverkeer waar ze maar met excuses blijven komen. Uitbetalen is ook een drama.

By far the worst casino i have played on did over 100 bonus buys and didnt even 1 300x i play on multiple casinos and this one had by far the worst rtp this casino give you 1time a 150x and the next 10 bonuses are not even hitting 20x
I played on purpose for 2hours straight to see when the rtp hits but it never did

I signed a settlement agreement with WinHero in early September 2025, which stated that my refund would be processed within 20 business days. As of today, that deadline has passed, and I still haven’t received my payment or a clear update.
I’ve reached out multiple times by email but have not received a concrete response — only general messages about “technical issues.” This situation is very disappointing and unprofessional.
I sincerely hope WinHero will honor their agreement and complete the payment as promised. Transparency and timely communication are essential when handling customers’ funds.

Winhero you need to paid what is agreed on. This only shows the credibility of your casino is not what you make it seem like.

I had a signed settlement agreement with WinHero stating that payment would be made within 20 business days. It has now been more than 4 weeks past the deadline, and I still haven’t received the payment.
Since then, I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails, but there has been no response. The only replies I received earlier repeated the same explanation about “technical issues,” without ever providing any concrete details or an actual timeline.
It’s extremely concerning how this company handles player funds and communication. Everything is documented, including the signed agreement and all correspondence.
I truly hope they take this seriously and finally honor their commitment.

This is de email a received today after contacted them several times, and I keep receiving the exact same response:
“We apologize for the delay; our payment partners are experiencing technical issues.”
This has been their only answer for weeks. Meanwhile, players are still able to play on their platform, which makes this explanation very hard to believe.
There has been no clear timeline, no transparency, and no real effort to resolve this matter. I’ve kept every email and document, and it’s extremely disappointing to be treated this way after following all procedures and signing an agreement in good faith.
