Casino breached Agreement

I had an agreement with winhero. For five weeks, the casino has not kept its end of the bargain.

The casino just tells me since weeks that there are ‚technical issues‘ to process the payment.
I can’t see any similar cases or complaints that a payment is delayed so I assume it’s a excuse.

If the casino refuse to be fair and does not fulfill his part of the bargain I need to make a complaint.

First 2 cash outs where good, but 2 other are taking for ever they keep asking for documents and I give them and they say 2 days and I will be verified, but it have been more than two days, they just keep delaying.
UPDATE: If you win anything big u will not see ur money for a long time. They do stuff slow. Told them to close my account week ago, guess what? still opened

Not licensed, deceptive practices, and deliberate delays

After dealing with WinHero Casino, I’ve come to a very clear conclusion: this is not a trustworthy or professional operation.

Despite following all their rules and completing full identity verification, they continue to delay my withdrawals deliberately, releasing funds one at a time — each separated by several business days. This is not standard practice; it's clearly a manipulative tactic to frustrate users and delay payments as long as possible.

After reviewing multiple sources, I discovered that WinHero is registered in Costa Rica, a jurisdiction known for offering very weak and loosely regulated gambling licenses. This means there is no effective regulatory authority monitoring their behavior, and players are left completely unprotected in case of abuse or misconduct.

I have kept full records of all communications with their support, and I am currently preparing to pursue legal action and file formal complaints with consumer protection and anti-fraud platforms.

I am sharing this experience to warn others: this casino is not transparent, not properly regulated, and not safe. They operate behind vague policies and use technicalities to justify delays and avoid accountability.

Think twice before depositing your money here. There are far better, safer, and licensed alternatives.

J ai fait un retrait de 400€ en crypto…

J ai fait un retrait de 400€ en crypto payé en 4 jours , ce qui me paraît correct en terme de délai . Néanmoins j ai eu 25€ de frais sur la crypto , pourtant j ai utilisé le Litecoin dont les frais st quasi nuls … suite à cela j ai envoyé un mail au support qui ne m a jamais répondu… belle manœuvre pour fidéliser un client …
Ok j ai fait la demande le 16 mai ( Ltc= 90€ ) et ils ont payé Le 22 mai ( Ltc =83 € ) , ce pourquoi j ai reçu 375€ au lieu de 400€ … et si le 22 le Litecoin avait été à 100€ , alors j aurais reçu +que mes 400€ ? Certainement pas !!
Elle est bonne celle là , je vais en parler sur le forum pour voir ce qu ils en pensent … car la c est vraiment du vol … et le pire c est qu ils ont même pas répondu à mon mail … lamentable …. C est pas pour les 25€ mais j ai l impression qu on se moque du monde

Pathetic Site

The customer service says there is no way to apply exclusions from their end. As far as I know every online Casino has to have a way for exclusions. The site is not good, you would not win any chances (I know its random numbers) but yet again there seems to be a magnet on the ball on the roulette game.
The withdrawals also take 5 days or more.
I would rather suggest people out here to use Betnation/Bet365 as they are much better and there are ways by which we can exclude ourselves too.
Additionally the customer service is so poor that you have to think 100 times before connecting with them, they do not have any answers and they take minutes and minutes to get back to you.

Not a commendable site to anyone
