So, my son -age 8- is a huge Pokemon nerd and all he wanted for his birthday was an Eevee plush. I ordered the thing, because no other store in Denmark had them in storage, and not only did it take three weeks to deliver, but it looks like a cheap knock-off brand with something like Korean language on the label. I will never ever order anything from this place again.

I purchased 3, postage took months and when I finally received them they were all broken internally and didn’t work. I asked for a refund and they send me another broken fan! Don’t buy from this company they are scammers!

DO NOT trust this seller. They falsely advertise on many levels. Shipping time, refund, policy, and make false clams about details of the products. After this seller is found out and scams many people they just go and make a new websites with the same cheap/falsely advertised products. Not clever people, as can tell by the layout of their website--its the same from site to site-just a different name

Package never arrives. In transit for ever and you cannot cancel the package. Do not order anything by this terryble company.

I Bought a LoL doll as a Christmas gift for my niec. I placed my order on 19 December. My niece just received the package today on ( 4 January), may be due to Christmas hoilday.
She told me that The lol are so fake!They were very fake looking. Very disappointing. It cost me 28.77 pound including shipping fee.
I rather pay 2 pound more for real one.. will never order again !!!!

Bought some Pokėmon cards as a Christmas gift for my child. I get the package on the 2nd of January. Secondly, the cards are fake! Like 100% can tell fake, box was all wrong, packs were fake looking, cards were glossy finish, every pack had a Gx or better in it that was a holo sticker placed onto some cardboard stock. Well there goes my money. Some of the cards were hilarious to pull though. Was supposed to be Celestial Storm packs but was getting hyper rare raichu from Shining Legends, prism cards that were not even holo, secret rares like nest ball and none of these so called Pokémon cards were textured as would the real hyper rares and secret rares for Pokémon cards. Also, the packs said on them "10 ADDITIONAL GAME CARDS" but didn't contain more than 9 in each pack.

I ordered 2 coolair 29 July 2018. To make a long story short, I recieved 1 of the 2 10 days later. I payed FedEx express so I would get it in 2-4 days , that didnt happen since they sent it 8 days after I ordered it. I got a refund for the one they didn't send. Today I get an invoice from FedEx saying i need to pay 21 euros in administrative fee and customs fee. This the company told them the reciever will pay for. It doesn't say anywhere because if I would have known all of this I would never pay 80 euros for ONE COOLAIR that cost 40 euros to begin with.
I'm waiting for response from this company in the case of the expressfee and the other fee I got as an invoice. Overall I would NOT recommend anyone to buy anything from this company. Btw it says TAK YUET INTERNATIONAL Hong Kong on the invoice. It's just a mess. My advice is choose another company.

Very bad service.i order MAG 250.after 14 days waiting I finally got my box.turned on it's not working.call back they don't answer.email they answered after 3 to 4 days. On Thursday 7days waiting I got their email that I will get new working box and I don't have to return broken box. I even got the new tracking number but until today (Monday)I can't see anything under that tracking number.thease company is a fraud. I'm going to wait couple more day or I have to file my case. I'm not letting it go even I have to pay attorney fees


Monday march 12 I'm still waiting on that new box to get delivered.i email then like 10 times they keep saying that Dhl commerce lost the box.very bad and fraudulent themse people.i even ask them to return my money they said that I have to return both of boxes first.this is my learning lesson never order anything out of America

I was sceptical, but took a gamble on this company--ordered a Sony BDP-S3700 DVD/Blu Ray player. Cost a fortune to ship all the way to Asia, but it actually works! I've used it to watch DVDs from Europe, the UK, USA, Japan, and South Korea, including NTSC and PAL. Also Blu-Ray disks from Korea, Europe, and the USA. No problems, all the functions work as advertised. One problem is that the unit says 120V current only, while the site advertises it as 100-240V. Luckily I have a transformer to convert the current, and I'm so just happy to finally have a player for my international collection of movies that I'm willing to forgive this one point.

Just received my order. First there was no HDMI cord included unlike what was stated on the website. It also said dual voltage 110-240volts. They sent a 120v which i cant use here in manila which has 220v power. I emailed them about the problem and they replied that it is ok to use it in 220V. I was having second thoughts about following their advice as i have made an order for a step down transformer already. But them saying that they tested it at 220V so against my own instinct, i followed them. When I plugged it, Kaboom and smoke!

I strongly complained about the order I made for two CMD-1600 PAL/NTSC Video Converter with RCA Connections. The Date of the order was 10-27-2015 and the Order ID is #133626.
They slapped a COD charge after I paid everything in full, including a whopping $52.48 I had paid for shipping which was much too high. The Sales receipt that came with the products came to a total of $149.98. This is FALSE!!
I paid a total of $202.46 that included $52.48 for the shipping. And then they simply and dismissively claim that "As [I am] importing from Outside Canada [my] order is subject to import duties and taxes. Customer is responsible for import duties and taxes."
I replied to them exactly as follows:

"For all import duties and taxes, customs place the C.O.D themselves, not you, and I pay them directly, not you the shipper, and it has always been like that whenever I buy online outside of Canada. That's why even you call it import duties and taxes: to be paid by the importer, not you the exporter. And besides, do you have any receipt that proves you paid import duties and taxes? I don't think so. Your response is deceptively ridiculous.

And another point you are avoiding, the $52.48 I paid for shipping is much too high. It does NOT cost this much to ship the items to me from the U.S. to Canada.

Your explanation reveals that you treat people as though they don't know anything and you lie and cheat to gain more money and makes you and the C.O.D. even more absolutely unacceptable. No wonder some of your previous customers are warning online that you are scammers on the internet.

At this point, I insist on being refunded the $16.90 C.O.D. I had to pay before the post office would release me the items I had paid you in good faith, online. If the price should have been higher, you should have reflected that in the price listing in your website, not advertised at a lower rate to lure buyers and then slap them with a COD deceptively and dishonourably as you had done.

Refund me the $16.90 C.O.D. (by cheque because I paid it separately at the post office) and I will consider this problem solved."

Of course, being the total scamming, lying, cheats that they are, they have since kept quiet and moved on in their dismissive way. Seems like Indian style.
Therefore, do NOT buy from these lying, cheating, scammers. I wish I came across this website before I bought from them.
I would suggest choosing sellers that offer PayPal so at least you get some buyer's protection from utter lying, cheating, scumbags that make up this World Import. I will continue to post this review all over the internet to ensure maximum coverage. I’d like to see them dismiss me and my negative review when I get it up absolutely everywhere.

I recieved a tc 5000D 5000 watt step up and down voltage transformer/regulator. it comes with no user instruction except what is written on the box. It was opened very carefully n with the input voltage switched to 110 to match the usa voltage, n switched on it made a loud bang n a flash.
We called the customer service center n got a female who had no idea how to instruct us on what had happened. Her only suggestion was to send it back in the condition it was recieved. My problem is that I am not happy to have to pay another $50 plus on shipping after we have paid $153.48 for this junk.
On closer inspection the unit had clearly been dropped and there are 2 large wires floating free They should be soldered to the circut board. And there are 2 screws that have been seared off n a large dent under the unit.
My opinion is to not waste your money on this chinese junk n pay a fair price for a genuine unit. Ultimately you end up paying double or more.

Although the website doesn't reflect current stock levels (the TV I ordered said it was in stock but was no longer available), the customer service team was friendly and recommended several alternates across the price spectrum. When the tv arrived it was packaged very well, and works great.
