Very disappointed still not received my refund despite repeated request to this company!!
Very disappointed still not received my refund. money back has been taken. Contacted Go Groupie but no joy as they said to contact these guys. Like other reviews I’m beginning to think it’s a scam too !!

After checking, we can confirm we requested gogroopie to refund you on 8th May for the first time. Then we sent a reminder to gogroopie and asked them to refund you on 18th May.
If you still do not get the refund, please contact gogroopie directly as your money was taken by gogroopie when you placed order, we cannot refund you directly.

Obviously scamming!!
I bought some of their earphones through wowcher before looking at the reviews! After I checked these reviews I knew I wasn’t going to get my order (does no one else see a pattern here?). Low and behold, it’s been over a month since I made the order. Customer service were quick to ‘send another one’ out which I am also yet to receive. It looks like they’re just not sending the items out and hoping That 2/10 people will forget about it so they can make extra money! So appalling, id have better luck on AliExpress!!

Item still not received???
Item still not received???? It was indicated I would receive package on or before the 1st May .... it’s almost a month now and I still have no indication of when I will receive it.
I sent an email directly to the company of the item with the voucher code but there has been no response with a follow up!
I understand that there might be delays but the service is not good enough.
Update... after getting in touch again with the company they were apologetic and arranged to send me a replacement and that I would receive it within 5-7 working days, they didn't send me the tracking number?
I had to get in touch with the company again and they then offered me a refund after another week gone by.
Will not be dealing with this company again, very dissatisfied customer.
