Great customer service. My order was taking a long time to arrive so emailed for an update. They emailed within a few hours apologising and offered a refund or the item to be sent again as it should have been with me by this point.
Opted for the item to be re-sent and received within no time! Pleasure dealing with them.

They were really helpful, and even tho sent the wrong item they rectified it with no queries and within the hour - very very helpful!

Cancelled my order as working on the frontline just now with the Covid19 pandemic.
My employer has managed to source the items therefore not needed now.

Very good service, very helpful. First package was lost in the post and this company responded very quickly and dispatched another doorbell which arrived quickly. Would definitely recommend.

When I didn't receive an item from them, they re-sent a replacement straightaway. When this also failed to arrive, I emailed WowWhatWho to request a refund, and they responded promptly, promising to refund me within a few days.

Still waiting on my delivery which is outside the delivery time. Contacted the seller and have yet to receive a response.

It was difficult to find the correct contact details, but once obtained, my query has been dealt with very quickly and efficiently.

My delivery was way past it due date. When they did reply it was very helpful
