Verschickt nicht richtiges Teil und nimmt es dann nicht Retour. Sehr schlechte Firma, würde nichts mehr bestellen. Gibt genug andere bessere Firmen am Markt.

Man sollte halt vorher Rezessionen lesen, hätte dort nie bestellen dürfen, war ein großer Fehler! Darum in Zukunft vorher über Firma informieren! Ich lasse Finger weg von dieser Firma

I have placed an order on 04-01-2023 (order 10784), the order status still shows *order arrived in warehouse not completed* and there is no tracking number provided until now.

I have even tried to sending emails to sales @ woxparts.com and until now i have not received any response on the further email.

A customer who has done the payment has the right to inquire regarding the product and the company is responsible to support fully until the product reaches the customer safely.

Please sort this issue asap as i am waiting more than 2 weeks now after the order, at least if i have the tracking number it will be easier for me to provide the same to the shipping supplier here.

I need a quick reply on the below and provide me with tracking details for my shipment.

I bought the 6/11/22 a spare part for my 20 years old jaguar!!! since then I have been told several fairy tale stories!!!! such as on the 5th/12/22

I bought spare parts for my car, Myself dont understand much abouth this, so the seller helped me a lot and explained everything correctly and helped me choose and didnt try to sell a product at a higher price. Thanks a lot !

Received the order in 3 months, but not completely, and they refuse to refund my money for missing parts.

Ordered 3 parts in July. Order number is 7852. After 3 weeks, I wrote to them to ask for some updates on order. They replied that they would send the order within a day. After 2 days, I asked how things were going with the shipment, and they said that the order has large dimensions, so they could not send it by DHL, and I was offered to pay more money for delivery or they will send it by Latvian post. I chose the Latvian post. In 3 more weeks!!! and several emails, they shipped the order and gave me a tracking number.
When I finally received the package, it turned out that it was missing one part that I ordered and paid for.
They said it was no longer in production, so they didn't ship it.
They do not respond to the offer to return the money for this part. So they just stole my money.

En plus il marque comme quoi livré, je me demande les autres 20 articles sont où? depuis le temps?!!!

I placed an order over a month ago and have sent them many messages to ask for an update and so far I have not received any response. I don't know what's wrong with them, it's like they're not interested, I understand that these are difficult times for everything related to the logistics of the sale of spare parts, but as a client, the least I expect is an answer to my questions since it's my money that I invested.

Ordering system is very good . Sales and Warehouse are very helpful in solving the problems like shipping and order delivery.

Ordered a part on June 17.
Today is July 5 and the order on woxparts provided tracking website is still checked as "Confirmed" and not "Delivery started".

Called the woxparts office, main manager of sales answered and said that because of the situation in Europe they can't keep up and deliver orders from supplier in Germany to their office in Latvia fast enough.
Not to mention how long will I wait for my order to ship from their office to my address.

No e-mail, no warning.

The lack of communication and the extreme shipping delays is why I suggest you don't do business with woxparts.

I order parts since 7 June and still I didn’t receive the tracking number of the item when I order the parts from the website it show me estimating time to deliver seven days now its more then 29 days and still didn’t receive any update on it …

They said that part is stock then waited almost 2 months to finally tell me that part is not avaible

Parts ordered for Mercedes Sprinter didn't arrive.
Tracking shows that they got as far as the courier sorting centre, but were returned to Woxparts.
More than 3 months later, I've asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded, after having to make alternative arrangements.
I've been told that they'll send via a different courier, but this is of no use, as I had to change my plans following the unreasonably long delay.

Ordered parts for my Mercedes C63, what a great help the team is in finding me the parts number and get me the correct parts. Excellent work to get the parts to Namibia within minimal period of two weeks. Keep it up guys 🤙🤙🤙

I bought parts for AUDI A4 at WOXPART, but the part was lost during transport. After a few days, the sales manager contacted me explaining the situation, offering the option of canceling with a refund or waiting for the parts to be shipped.
I advise everyone, before making the purchase, to contact the sales person to find out about the availability of the part offer.
