Highly recommend
The teachers and the application are amazing. My 5yo son is engaged and excited to complete homework. The pace of the lessons is perfect for us and I see just as much result or maybe even more than the other language class he attends in person.

Take sick leave exactly before class starts because kid has fever, and kid didn’t join the class. It’s not possible to reschedule for make up class, that’s really unreasonable.

Good learning lessons
The teacher and coorindators are patient and friendly. The teacher is gentle and make the teaching enjoyable. My daughter enjoyed the class.

I enjoy the lessons and how the topic…
I enjoy the lessons and how the topic is being taught, I also like how the school is intentional to communicate with the parents about the child’s progress. However, the credits system is not to my liking. Also, if there is lesser hard selling it would be great.

Good teaching skills
Teaching in a vivid and easy way for kids to understand and absorb the knowledge easier.
However the follow up service isn’t very efficient, the first assistant teacher is responsible and later ones are mainly focus on selling courses but not providing corresponding services meanwhile.

**Frequent Teacher Changes and Insufficient Cumulative Review**
We have gone through several different teachers, and I feel that the teacher turnover rate has been a little too high. My son can learn the characters very well during each lesson, but the curriculum does not seem to include enough cumulative review. As a result, he is not retaining what he learned in previous lessons. This appears to be a weakness in the curriculum design. Although an individual teacher may be able to compensate for it through extra effort, what is really needed is systematic support built into the curriculum rather than relying on individual teachers.
