Bad one‑on‑one classes & delayed refund
I am submitting a formal complaint.
My child enjoys using the Wukong Math and Wukong Chinese apps. However, the live one‑on‑one courses for overseas families do not provide student‑specific teaching at all. Lessons are not adjusted to match my child’s actual level and learning needs.
On top of that, my refund request has been subjected to continuous unreasonable delays. The whole refund procedure is extremely troublesome. I insist that you resolve my refund issue without further delay.

Zlata really enjoys learning Chinese at this school! 😊 The lessons are fun, easy to follow, and full of positive energy — even Chinese characters don’t seem so scary anymore 😄 The teacher has a wonderful approach with children, explains everything clearly, and is very patient. Zlata looks forward to every lesson, and for us, that’s the best sign. We’re very happy with the school and highly recommend it!

My daughter loves it & has a native accent now!
My daughter has been doing WuKong for 2 years, and has liked each WuKong teacher that she’s had. I like that the teacher’s ask about what the parents’s goals are and they also provide feedback based on those goals. WuKong teachers have helped my daughter obtain a native accent that surprises many native speakers.

The one on one lessons is great
The one on one lessons is great. The teachers are friendly and try to spend more time on areas my kids need to work on so it feels like they really care for the kids’ progress. I can see the improvement over time and am pleased with the results. The flexibility to reschedule classes to suit our busy lives is also very appreciated.
