I've been to Acorn Kia in Crewe a few times now, and every time I've found their service second to none! Can only recommend Acorn Kia in Crewe, and Holly who did an amazing job
I just wanted to write a review following a really positive experience with Acorn Motor Group Kia in Crewe Cheshire. We found the dealer - and specifically Holly Quigley, their Sales Representative - refreshingly helpful, honest, and transparent from start to finish.
We are so far delighted with the car and for how Acorn and Holly were so forthcoming in sharing all aspects of its history and putting it through a fresh service, mechanical check, and MOT including a valet, new tyres, brakes, and more.
Early days of course, but our experience of other motor dealerships before we met Acorn, was less than stellar and so we felt quite lucky to have found such a principled and professional organisation in the motor trade.

Excellent service throughout. From the first tentative expression of interest in a Kia, through the test drive and collection of our new car yesterday, Richard was helpful, friendly, and supportive. At no point did I feel he was in ‘sales’ mode.

Excellent Cars and Service
Richard Dixon and the service team are all very familiar with our requirements in terms of our choice of car and servicing. This car will be the 5th car we have purchased from Richard - 4 of the being fully electric. Very happy with the switch to all electric and Kia have a spectacular range of cars to choose from.

I went in to enquire about a new Kia.
I went in to enquire about a new Kia but the one I went in about was sold, so I was disappointed as I have always wanted a blue one. Anyway my son & I sat down with Richard Dixon at the Crewe showroom and he was so helpful & friendly I told him I was disappointed that the car I went for was sold & he found me another one which was a bit more expensive. He gave us the keys to go & sit in it, as soon as I got in I loved it, I said to my son I felt like crying as it was so nice. I can't wait for Thursday now to go & pick it up, I'm like a kid at Christmas 🤣
Richard Dixon was so helpful with the purchase, we felt we'd made a new friend by the time we left, so thank you so much Richard & hope you're camping trip turns out ok 👍

Our recent service experience with Acorn of Crewe was exceptional, Reminders were sent in advance that the service was due, booking was easy. On the day staff were friendly and welcoming , we chose to wait for our car and the customer waiting area was very comfortable, TV , coffee and very comfortable seats. I purchased a Kia Sorento from Acorn Group today, I was very well looked after by Holly Quigley, nothing was too much trouble and she went through all the important elements of the purchase and was very professional throughout. She also came in on her day off to do the handover personally, taking me through the functions of the vehicle and setting up bluetooth / apple car play etc. She is a credit to Acorn and I'm sure she will have a great career in the motor industry.
