easy enough

The website was easy to navigate. Finding brand name products was also easy. The website gives minimal information about the product(s) (replacement pads for AED). I had to dig through paperwork to find if items on the website fit the AED. It would be easier if it was listed on the website.

Just about everything gone wrong

Just about everything so far seems to have gone wrong. Multiple company names, duplicate requests for the same documents and never responded if item was shipped. Haven't received it as of 10/7 even though they seemed eager to charge for it. Fortunately, we haven't had to use our AED.

Unsatisfied DoD Organization

As a government DoD organization, the time it takes to receive a simple tax exemption was excessive…and ultimately unsuccessful. Even after providing concrete evidence, an exemption wasn’t granted. This is a first for our organization. After multiple inquiries taking days and days, the items were purchased without a tax exemption because the required, and possible life-saving equipment could no longer wait.

I would give you a 5 star if I was…

I would give you a 5 star if I was rating only the tech - Eric, who did the inspection. He was fantastic. The one star taken off was for the initial customer service (phone) which was a bit difficult. I had to call 3 times to get the info that ended up being correct and current. Otherwise great.

It was aweful

It was aweful. I was double charged rd ged trying to get into the program.I wasted 2 hours and it still wouldn't load. Have to call to try to get my money back for nothing!! I have been taking online classes for years, never a problem, totally fustrated!

I could not find the unit the Horatio…

I could not find the unit the Horatio Volunteer Fire Department wanted. But, after a live chat with Valeria she found exactly the unit and I got it ordered. This was time sensitive and I really appreciated her help and professionalism.
