Never got product
Never got product. Had no notification of when out for delivery and then no notification id missed any delivery. First I heard was when I got an email telling me my items had been returned due to being unable to deliver. The purchase was because a handle on my original frying pan had broken. All in all, very disappointing and now I have to try again because there are no Aga stores within 100 miles of me any more

I live in Canada and there is no Aga Cookshop so i try and get somewhat organized when visiting UK or transiting through to place my orders well in advance. A few weeks ago, I called the Aga Cookshop with 3 days notice... The staff helped me with my order, ensured it was delivered super promptly to Divertimenti in London where i was able to pick it up as i transited through. Can't say enough good things about the products, the staff and the help! And Divertimenti was great too as an Aga partner.

We bought two sets of the AGA oven gloves. One as a present for my brother and his wife whose gloves had reached the end of their life. Anybody who has an Aga will appreciate how essential they are!

Excellent and hassle-free service
Before my trip, I asked whether my order could be delivered directly to my hotel. The entire arrangement by email was friendly, quick and very reliable. Everything worked perfectly, and the items were delivered to the hotel exactly as agreed.

We understand your concerns about the lid's temperature during use and appreciate the opportunity to investigate the matter. Following a review of the information provided, our team has confirmed that the heat transfer to the lid is not due to a manufacturing defect and is considered a normal characteristic of the product in use. As with all cookware, we recommend using appropriate hand protection where necessary when handling hot pans, lids, or cookware components.
As the pans were purchased over two years ago and no manufacturing defect has been identified, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund on this occasion.
We appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we are sorry for any frustration or inconvenience this situation has caused. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback.

Great cooker, awful customer services experience!

I ordered a classic deluxe cooker back in March and was given a 6 week wait before delivery. Just before the six weeks I was told that it would be another 2 week wait and then a couple of days before it was due, I was told there would be yet another 2 week wait. This caused significant difficulties with my kitchen refurbishment. After complaining to Customer Services, the delivery was brought forward a week but was still 5 weeks later than the date originally given to me at the point of sale. I was offered a ‘gesture of good will payment’ which was due to be paid to me 2 weeks after my cooker was delivered but, for some reason the accounts department missed the payment, so I have been told it will be a further 2 weeks before it will be in my bank account. I have just complained again and will see what can do to rectify the situation. After the delay with the delivery of my cooker, it is ironic that the repayment, which was offered in order to improve customer relations, has also been delayed and, as it stands at the moment, will not be paid to me until a whole month after my cooker was delivered even though it was offered before delivery took place! On the plus side, I am very happy with the cooker and the team who delivered and fitted it were very professional. I wish I could say the same of the company itself!
