Fantastic experience!
I attended an Aga demonstration at Knutsford with Alison, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I’m now looking forward to using my Aga when installed. I bought some essential items which I have not yet unpacked. The customer service I received from Alison and the rest of the team was absolutely superb.

Not happy with the kettle
Not happy with the kettle. It is VERY heavy before any water in there - the whistle works only intermittently and the base is much bigger than my previous Aga kettle. So, all in all, I wish I’d stuck with my clapped out 20 year old kettle which worked better albeit looked a bit ‘tired’ and shabby.

An unexpected warranty replacement
Surprisingly the base of my 3.0L Aga 24cm stainless steel sauté pan failed after 12 years. I contacted Aga cookshop and sent some photos, who promptly delivered a new pan.
It reinforces our decision to purchase Aga brand cookware all those years ago when we bought the stove, despite regular use everything else looks nearly new and love the way they stack in the stove and cupboard.
Would highly recommend the product and excellent after sales service, it’s definitely worth that bit extra
