AGA themselves dealt with our issue quickly efficiently and fairly in contrast to their appointed service agent who charged us over £600 call out charge which AGA addressed and refunded some to us.

The Aga team (in particular Eddie/Jen and Susie)

The Aga team (in particular Eddie)
were very responsive to teething issues with the door seal and the front handle.
Eddie and the Oundle Aga team (Susie and Jen) was very reassuring that any issues were going to be sorted out which helped a lot.
Terry the engineer who came to fix the issue was extremely good at his job -and sorted things out with the minimal of fuss! Thoroughly recommended....

Faultless delivery

Faultless delivery, installation of new range cooker and removal of old one.
Lak and Mark were absolute professionals, fast and took care to not make any mess despite the tight space.

After purchasing my aga Masterchef…

After purchasing my aga Masterchef deluxe 110, the communications from Aga were great. Always informed and advised of an earlier date for delivery which was unexpected and a real positive.
In the day the Aga was delivered by Andy and Andrew. Given the current state of the on going renovation the cooker was navigated into place with ease.
After being set up the time the team spent a good amount of time with me demonstrating all the cookers settings. Top work team!

Fantastic service by Jackie

Moved into a new house with an AGA but no user manual. Couldn’t find the model or serial number either. Called customer services and very kind girl Jackie helped me access the right manual and emailed it across as well. Really pleased with her manners and professionalism all while being very kind 💖

Found AGA easy to deal with initially…

Found AGA easy to deal with initially when deciding to purchase one but communication afterwards with regards to delivery frustrating we received many texts regarding delivery but they kept changing. Finally delivery was confirmed and completed by Simon and Paul who were extremely professional in fitting and explaining how the AGA worked. Now looking forward to using my new electric AGA

We’re very sorry to hear that your question was left unanswered previously. We’ve now been able to locate the original thread and, to clarify, the interiors of the simmering and warming ovens in the main AGA are indeed cast iron, while the lining on the inside of the oven doors is not. The separate hot cupboard on the left in the image provided with the silver interior lining is not cast iron, it is a sheet metal and this is stainless steel.

Not enough care in sending out orders…

Unfortunately both of my recent orders were sent out without my full address on and I received two letters from Parcelforce asking for my full address to enable them to be delivered. You left off the house name for what is a long road.
Once delivered the quality is good - as expected.

Regrettably, we’re only able to generate shipping labels using the address details exactly as they are entered at checkout on our website. We don’t amend or alter dispatch information unless a customer specifically asks us to do so. We would kindly recommend double-checking the autofill function on your device when placing orders, as this can occasionally result in address fields not being completed in full - particularly on longer road names or where house names are required.

That said, I do apologise for the delay this caused and appreciate how frustrating it must have been to receive follow-up letters from Parcelforce as a result.

I’m very pleased to hear that, once delivered, you were happy with the quality of the items - that’s reassuring to know and very much appreciated.

Advance information regarding delivery time which was adhered to precisely. There was great level of care in the installation process together with helpful and informative advice on using the appliance.
We even received after delivery follow up phone call to see if all had gone well.

What a mistake it was to buy an AGA…

What a mistake it was to buy an AGA product. Extremely disappointed all round. A very badly designed wood burner which in no way delivers the expected ease of use, environmental standard or promised efficiency. Various issues with the design and set up of the stove, compounded by very poor quality control and a corner cutting manufacturing system have lead to an extremely frustrating experience and massive regret as to the amount of money spent on a clearly sub-standard product which is, in my opinion, hardly fit for purpose. I guess AGA are relying on their previous reputation and the fact that once a wood stove is purchased and installed there is very little that can be done to rectify the bad decision without huge costs and inconvenience. Ignore what you may understand you are buying into by shopping the AGA brand and look elsewhere if you are installing or upgrading your wood burner.

Replacement cooker.

The delivery and installation of the Rangemaster cooker was handled very professionally and efficiently. Both of the representatives were polite, helpful and considerate. There was an issue with one of gas hobs which was functioning intermittently but your representatives were able to provide a solution to the problem.

What started off as a standard trade…

What started off as a standard trade enquiry for a part, a control thermostat, it turned into a right mess. How difficult is it for you to understand what I need, what appliance I’m working on and the model number. I gave you a mountain of information and you can’t even give me a straight answer. As stated, I wanted a control thermostat for the oven side of this Rayburn. It ended up after a bunch of emails with some clown asking me why door panel I need. Dear god, I’d done nearly all the hard work giving you all info and I’m still nowhere near getting what I need after more than a week. In fact you stopped replying to emails and I’ve had no response for 7 days now. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AGA. GET A GRIP OF YOUR USELESS STAFF
