Simply the Best Buy!! I bought this to replace one that i broke myself. I dropped it while cleaning it. I had it for over 6 years and thought I would never buy another one that came close. Well I did on buying this one, the light is raised up so I can actually see it from the house. It is a lovely colour and looks authentic. Everything about it is ticking all the right boxes. The delivery was perfect and I was kept informed very well. Im so pleased I purchased this.

I was fortunate to find this company when the well known retailer that I had previously used to purchase a water pump flatly refused to deliver to my location, although in my belief the Isle of Wight is still part of the UK. This company were more than helpful in helping me with my choice and provided prompt delivery. I would recommend them to anyone considering making a purchase.

Try returning a faulty product. Would NEVER use them again.
I have now recieved no less than THREE e-mails from them.
NEITHER of the is relevant!
NEITHER of them address my issue!
NEITHER of them help in any way!

So i'm back to square one.... what a waste of time. All I want to do is return a faulty pump for a refund. You would think that would be a straight forward, easy to process request!

I had no response from emails and filling in the online ticket but when I phoned Kyra all was sorted
who sent out a replacement for the faulty item.
So uprated to 4 Star, would have been 5 star but had been emailing the problem and filling in the ticket details on their website for weeks without a response so eventually phoned and problem resolved Thanks Kyra

I have installed a 12000 ltr pump and a pfc auto50000 filter in the last seven days I can’t fault the service and technical help I have received to date,and I believe their after care would be of the same level

Product was good value for money delivery was excellent and the website was great and easy to work through to get what I wanted couldn’t be easier well done pond solutions

Placed an order online received an email confirmation, order arrived within 3 days, good communication regarding delivery, well packaged, great item really easy to set up and looks fab, highly recommend, price was much cheaper than the same item at the garden centre.

My EF external filter the lever on the top part where the hose connects snapped. The AI was fantastic and found me a part in question. However, i have brought replacement filter pads and parts from all ponds solutions and the customer service as been great. I cant fault them and alot better then the aquatics shop near me as they have gone commercial.

I really wish I had read the reviews here before purchasing. Looking back now, it's concerning that around half the reviews highlight similar issues.

I purchased a pond filter costing approximately £500, and from day one I reported that the unit was faulty. What should have been a straightforward warranty claim has turned into a year-long saga.

Instead of replacing a clearly faulty product, the company has repeatedly sent out incorrect parts, resulting in months of delays and endless frustration. Despite being informed from the outset that the filter was defective, they have continued to drag the process out , 11 months and counting rather than resolving the issue properly.

Customer service has been extremely disappointing. It's almost impossible to speak to anyone directly, calls are NOT returned, and responses often feel like generic AI-generated templates rather than genuine attempts to address the problem. The standard response is usually along the lines of:

"I completely empathise with how you're feeling, and I would be just as upset if I were in your position."

Unfortunately, the sympathy doesn't translate into action.

The latest update was that the company claims I agreed to yet another set of replacement parts being sent out, as though that closes the matter. It doesn't. After more than a year, the underlying issue remains unresolved.

For a £500 product, the level of after-sales support has been unacceptable. If you're considering buying from this company, I would strongly recommend reading the negative reviews carefully first.

Avoid if you expect prompt customer service, accountability, or effective resolution of faulty products.

Refused to replace faulty filter and stated the following "As advised, we have replaced the parts pack, as you stated you needed the handle. We do not have a phone line for technical queries, unfortunately"

Utter waste of time , they have the most useless bot, and no one seems to give a monkeys, plenty of pond suppliers that actually answer the phone. very quick to take your money , customer service non existent

I have just disconnected my fifth FP/3000 fountain pump. The last one was fitted in June 2026!!! I still have the five pumps if the supplier would like pay for their return and inspect them.

We bought a water feature WF5320003B in January 2026. Initially we were very pleased and I left a review accordingly. It first went out into the garden in March 2026. It failed in July 2026.
Trying to contact the company by phone is impossible unless you want to buy a product. For warranty claims its made difficult. The recorded message even says that phone calls wont be answered, and issues can only be done on line
They want video evidence and you need to download an app to do it. Frankly, as it was bought online, its easier to contact the card company to try to claim a full refund.
So, whilst the product was good for the few months it worked, their after sales service is not good.
We will certainly not deal with them again.
A new water feature will be bought elsewhere and certainly not from All Pond Solutions.
Read their ratings before ordering.

i payed 4 a water pump after a day stopped working told them asked 4a returns form and then can give me my money thy told me to take pictures thy no what looks like thy sold hit to me never go there a there again robbers

My pond has been a joy over the years but as the fish have grown the problem of keeping the pressure filter clean has grown as well. Then I saw the Auto Cleaning Pressurised Pond Filter AUTO-PFC-25000 × 1 by AllPondSolutions. The Auto clean saves me hours a week and it's so easy to do. Not only that but I also get nutrient filled water to water my plants with. IT's an excellent filter system made easy by the autoclean function. The filter is well made and the adapters etc are quality items. It feels professional all round.

I find as a rule of thumb that any company that does not want to speak with its customers and wants to do deal with them via messaging systems/bots etc to be a company that has contempt for its customer. If you buy form these jokers buy via Amazon then you have some insurance. I warn you that there products are cheap and shoddy and there are Pond Pumps available of far better quality. If you buy direct like me, you are are going to have issues. I contacted them and was advised to buy an Air Pump for my pond. I purchased an "Air 20 kit" this arrived and I noticed straight away that the pump had be opened, unpacked & removed previously. The instruction book was missing. All pond Solutions told me via chat on their website (You cannot speak to a human) that I could down download a PDF version at the website. There is no PDF version at the website and no YouTube Video for their model. I have I think figured our roughly how it is assembled and functions(?). The item was old to me me for an outside pond and bought for that. The item is not water proof and All Pond say that it is not sold as such. It will be impossible for me to use this safely in my garden. I CANNOT SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING AT ALL POND SOLUTIONS. I have asked to return this item to All Pond, and I get the run around form computers. They did finally send me a PDF postage label to return the item. However the Post Office refused to process it as they said it was invalid, so I paid £9 to return. I am now on the merry go round of trying to get someone to answer the telephone at All Pond. Trust Pilot & Feefo are filled with reviews of customers that CANNOT GET A REFUND! This is a deeply unprofessional and disrespectful. My recommendation is do not purchase from All pond Solutions under any circumstances.

Cant believe i have just had a 2nd delivery of the cuv155 uv light after the first one was smashed in transit only to find the quartz sleeve in this 2nd one smashed to bits too.this is absolutely rediculous ,not only do i have to wait for a refund through amazon im then having to wait for another delivery hoping that the uv light aint smashed .being a new customer and looking at upgrading my pond system i was planning on purchasing further pond filter systems and pumps but i think im going to give this a wide birth and shop elsewhere .having 4ft carp and problems with my old system i need to get these new items unbroken and up and running .

I purchased the 1400EF external filter 5+ years ago and still going well. Ive changed the bulb once. Orders come the next day. Can't fault their products or service

Although the products are good quality l found the site impossible to navigate and when contacted the help line found the operator difficult and talking over me while I was trying to explain my problem. Shame
