Our trades association, SJMCA,has been a client for over 15 years at the AEC Marlton location. Many things in life have changed along the way but the staff, service and professionalism have been consistent.
We have stayed because this is the best value for our budget and needs.

American Executive Centers has done a great job for us. Very professional image is what we want to display and the team at Plymouth Meeting never lets us down. We've used offices at the other centers and our treatment is always outstanding. Well done!

It's hassle-free. They provide the receptionist and the office space to accommodate my part-time hours. My phone messages are automatically sent to my email account so I don't need to keep calling in, and the Plymouth Meeting location is very convenient.

The facilities are excellent, so are the support services. The staff is friendky and professional. They bend over backwards to help provide us with anything we need for meetings, etc. Our clients are impressed with our choice of office locations, which helps improve our corporate image as well.

I am still very happy with having a virtual office, and AEC is meeting my needs very well.
I continue to use their Business Support Services on a daily basis. When their regular employee is in the office, everything gets done to perfection. When she is out for any reason, there are lapses in the work performance.
She leaves notes about how things should get done, but there are simple errors that take place that could be avoided. Clearly, the substitute help struggles to keep the level of service that is offered regularly.
I have talked again to Dana about this. She assures me that they will put better procedures in place for the future. I think that AEC will designate another person on their staff to do this duty for me when needed. That way, I’ll get consistent help either from the BSS person or from the reception team. This is a great suggestion, and I look forward to having things done properly.
Other than that complaint, I really don’t have others. Everything else is working well for me, and my business is good!

When I decided to leave a large legal firm and go out on my own, I wanted to have a mailing address and a place to meet clients that was professional and close to home. I found out about AEC on the internet and didn’t visit any of their competitors. From the start, I knew that this would be the best arrangement for me.
There are many advantages to this office space situation, but the most important one for me is the ability to have my whole practice “in the cloud”. AEC provides me with the representation that I need without the overhead costs. During our meeting, Dana told me that AEC’s current ad campaign on KYW radio has the tag line, “Get ahead without the overhead!” I think that suits my feelings perfectly.
For support services, I use their Business Support department daily. When my mail arrives, they open everything, scan it all, and save the files to Google Docs. This is a seamless service and one that is so important to maintaining my daily business functioning in the cloud. With my practice area, I am bound to many deadlines put in place by the courts. This function that AEC performs for me allows me to operate on time – which is critical to my business. It works so well for me – except when the regular Radnor Business Support person is out. AEC has had some people to fill in for her that have performed poorly. I have escalated this issue to Dana, and she assures me that they are on top of this for the future.
I recently hired a “virtual assistant” – a woman I know who wanted to work part time from home. She does all sorts of administrative tasks for me for a much cheaper rate than AEC. I would have considered using AEC because I really like the employee that they have in Radnor. She is really sharp and very efficient. However, their rates were cost prohibitive for me. That is one complaint I have about doing business at AEC.
One other thing that I would love is if AEC would consider hosting cloud computing. I searched for a supplier of these services and have found a solution that works pretty well for me. It might be an interesting business for AEC.
The only other thing that bothers me about AEC’s business model is the way that they “nickel and dime” their clients for small tasks. It isn’t a huge deal because overall, the cost is minimal. However, sometimes I feel that they are taking advantage. I have discussed this with Dana, and I understand why they do it. She has promised to readdress some of the items that they regularly bill to make sure that they follow the company’s guidelines.
With respect to the networking opportunities that are available at AEC, I haven’t really seen the need to get involved to date. My clientele is very unique. However, Dana set up an Attorney Peer Group in which I have great interest. I could not attend their first meeting back in the spring, but the fall session is on my calendar. This is a nice feature for AEC to offer. I hope to be able to meet some of the other Radnor attorneys and find some synergies. I’m looking forward to that.

I have really liked AEC for a long time- over 5 years. Used for both virtual and rented space. Many updates have been made to the facility. The staff are very nice and effective. We additionally used their services as a Disaster Recovery site which provides an instant-on capability for any business- this is a HUGE plus that goes above and beyond anything I have ever seen.

The main reason I love being at American Executive Centers is the great people who work here. They are so friendly and accommodating. The staff that handle the phones are very knowledgeable and experienced. They recognize my agents when they call in, they know who is important and who may have to wait. They allow me to focus on the tasks with the highest priority.

I would definitely recommend American Executive Centers for the quality of their staff. They are consistently excellent.

My partner and I established our virtual office with American Executive Centers in 2008 after having maintained our law office in downtown Philadelphia for 27 years. We have found that this arrangement satisfies all of our office needs with a considerable savings in overhead. The staff is courteous and efficient. The actual physical office is beautiful and well maintained while providing the amenities that are pleasing to our clients. The location is ideal since it is close to the Criminal Justice Center, City Hall, Federal Court and public transportation. I would not hesitate to recommend American Executive Centers to my colleagues.

In the eighteen plus years that I have been a client of American Executive Centers, my business has gone through several changes. I have remained with AEC because of their range and quality of services. They really meet my needs and the needs of any entrepreneur. I really appreciate the flexible nature of their business model and how it conforms to whatever growth or expansion period my business is experiencing.
When I left my old office to start a law practice, I had a bunch of files—period. AEC made it possible for me to have a fully furnished office, reception and secretarial services, a conference room, and mail services—all with no capital outlay. In addition to a reliable staff, I loved the location of the Philadelphia office. It was situated amidst all the places I needed to be, City Hall, Municipal Court, Family Court & the Criminal Justice Center. I could be in any of the places I needed to be to conduct my business in a matter of minutes.

Although I am extremely hard pressed to find criticism with AEC, I do have a suggestion or two. I would love to see a Keurig type coffee system in the kitchen area and although they have attempted to put a networking link on their website, it has not worked for probably close to a year. I think it is important to have that referral network in place with your fellow clients.

Overall, I really feel AEC people have your back. Many of the staff and my suitemates have become friends. The bottom line is that AEC gives quality and value. That’s what I wanted when I came here, that’s what I found and that’s still what they do. I would highly recommend AEC and have on many occasions to colleagues and friends alike.

I visited several competitors prior to making my decision, and I am very happy with my choice. Kathy and her entire staff at AEC take that customer focus to an entirely different level. Since the need for bankruptcy attorneys has risen with both the poor economy and the increased unemployment rates, I find myself counting on AEC more and more. They answer my phone lines very professionally and follow my directions on how I like my calls to be handled. I find their focus on customer service to be a great help as my business continues to grow.

I practice consumer bankruptcy law in the Philadelphia area with a great deal of competition in the same market so creating a strategy to differentiate myself from the competition is essential to a successful law practice. I have been very fortunate to rely on AEC as the front office off my law firm for the past three years and their commitment to customer service is the reason I have been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer by Philadelphia Magazine three years in a row. Clients can be demanding on occasion and they do not tolerate voicemail or phone tag. AEC provides the "human touch" that calms clients down and transforms an anxious client into a satisfied client.
