I have been at AEC since 1997. Currently I use the Virtual Office program. From 1997 until 2011 I was a tentant at the KOP Office. My experience with the KOP Staff has been exceptional. Whatever I needed they were always able to accomodate me.

I have been a tenant of AEC for over 5 years and can honestly say it was one of the best business decisions I have made.
Here's why

The company I work for has space with American Executive Centers in King of Prussia. I enjoy my office and the support staff around me. But more importantly, I appreciate the gesture that was made to me when the staff found out I was gluten intolerant.
Every Wednesday, American Executive Centers has bagels and donuts in the morning. However, being gluten intolerant I cannot eat those things. I would never say anything, as we GF (gluten free) people are always the minority and typically GF items are much more expensive. Gwen, the center manager, stopped by my office a couple of days after I moved in and struck up conversation. She was wondering how everything was going, asked if I was enjoying my new job and other things trying to get to know me. I guess she asked if I knew they provided bagels and donuts on Wednesdays and I said yes, but that I was GF. She knew exactly what I was talking about as her daughter is too. We talked a little more about it and that was it…until the following Wednesday!
Gwen came into my office and asked if I wanted an “everything” bagel or cinnamon raisin. I reminded her I was GF…she said she remembered but that these bagels were GF!!! She had contacted her supplier and asked if they offered GF items…yes they did. Since then there are always a couple GF bagels for me to choose from.
To me, this went beyond customer service. It is this kind of attitude that keeps customers and gets customers as well as referrals. In this day and age of computers, cell phones and texting…reaching out to make difference goes a long way.

We selected American Executive Centers over two other offices we visited for several reasons. Our initial tour of the office was very professionally handled. We were given a thorough tour of the office and met key staff. Gwen Donnon listened to our requirements and came up with a solution that met our budget and needs. It was this willingness to be flexible that distinguished Gwen and American Executive Centers from the competition. Since moving in the staff has been extremely attentive to our needs. I would not consider another Executive Suite as American Executive Centers provides the best value and service.

My partner and I left a financial services firm in the summer to start our own firm. We had heard about AEC by word of mouth. It turned out to be the perfect solution for us. Since we are starting a new venture, we didn’t want to have to sign a long term lease nor buy furniture and a lot of office equipment. This gives us the chance to build our business while avoiding a huge overhead cost. We also have great access to business support employees who can help us with some of our administrative needs. We are looking forward to possibly using their services more as time goes forward.

We haven’t been here very long, but we like being here so far. We don’t have any suggestions for improvement and are happy.

You will expect that expression from your client when welcoming them to your AEC center at Radnor! It is like walking on wall street. The environment is awesome! Front desk greets you with your name with a warm smile, even you just moved in yesterday! Making board room reservation is just a phone call away. Mail service is prompt and courteous. Philadelphia sports club is just in walking distance... I love my Radnor office!

We continue to enjoy our time in the AEC Radnor office. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. The day to day operations go off without a hitch. It’s a well–run executive suite.
We have little or no issues with our office space. When I have asked for additional support or change in procedures, Dana and the staff have been eager to accommodate. For example, I asked Dana to help me reconcile all the Business support charges from my group of 6 people. I have to identify charges associated with specific personnel because our teams are allocated to different cost centers in our corporate accounting system. Dana found a way to solve that problem and link our employees with the support tasks they request! This will save me the time to figure out which charges are applied to which associates each month.
I also asked Dana to modify the way our certified mail is handled. Sometimes things sit for awhile – waiting for the addressee to return from a business trip or vacation. In many cases, the certified items require more immediate attention. So Dana implemented a system whereby other associates of our company in the suite could be alerted and accept certified deliveries. This will go a long way in improving our responsiveness.
I have no complaints about the service or space at AEC Radnor. We are very happy here and hope to continue having our office here for months to come.

I've maintained an office in American Executive Center's Plymouth Meeting facility since January 2007 and have found this to be the perfect office solution.

When looking for office space we decided on American Executive Centers – Bala Cynwyd due to its location and the quality service provided by the staff. Bala Cynwyd’s proximity to Center City Philadelphia and easy access to major highways allow us to provide better service to our clients.

As a new company it is important for us to project an energetic and innovative image. We like American Executive Centers’ conference room and meeting room spaces. Furthermore American Executive Center recently upgraded the office furniture and is in the process of upgrading the reception and kitchen area.
Our company is mostly self-sufficient; however, it is good to know that we can count on AEC’s support staff like the IT and Administration team. Another important consideration is AEC’s flexible lease terms which allow our company to expand or downsize operations.

For these reasons we recommend American Executive Centers – Bala Cynwyd to Entrepreneurs who are looking for a convenient and cost effective location for their office.

It’s been a good year. Our business is progressing. We’ve had some interesting things happen with employees, but we’re on the right track now. We’ve whittled down to 2 of us, and that seems to be working well.
We love having our space at AEC Radnor. We still would love to have an office with a window, but Radnor has been at 100% occupancy for months now. There haven’t been occasions for us to move to a window office that would suit us.
The things that I complained about last year are things that I’ve gotten used to. They don’t bother me anymore.
The only suggestion I would have now has to do with the small fees monthly that are charged for services. Some of them seem trivial. I went over my bill with Dana, and she explained their business model of services for a fee. In the long run, I’m happy to have the staff members represent my company. I understand the model, and it’s worth it to me to pay a bit extra each month.

My partners and I started our financial consulting business in the extra bedroom of my apartment about 2 years ago. That arrangement worked fine until it came time to start meeting prospective clients. We found out about AEC on Craig’s List.
The things that were most important to us were a functional work space, a professional image, and a good location - all for a conservative investment amount. We have found that at AEC Radnor. The location is perfect for us. The building and suite are very professional. We use the meeting rooms, and they are great for our presentations.
The best thing about AEC in Radnor is their staff. We use their help with our phone answering, meeting room coordination, presentation preparation, and printing of materials (including business cards). The back office support here is strong! They have had a definite positive effect on our growing business. All of the staff members are friendly and warm. In addition, they always do what they say they will. When we give them projects, they come through on time. When we have questions or problems, they are handled quickly and easily!
Another feature that we have really enjoyed is the networking opportunities. We have attended many events with the AEC folks in deciding which groups to join. That was very helpful to us. Even better though, has been the opportunity to meet some other clients in the suite with whom we’ve developed business relationships! That has been very advantageous. There are several people here with whom we have synergies. It’s been a great perk!
I do have 2 suggestions for improvement. I would prefer if AEC took credit cards as regular payment. That would be a much more convenient way for us to pay our rent here. In this day and age when nearly everyone takes credit cards, it seems ridiculous that AEC doesn’t. The other thing that I would love to see is a more modern vending machine. The one we have in our center is very outdated and quirky. One more point about having an office in this type of suite is that you can’t control your neighbors. We have a few people whose offices are on the same hallway with ours that are overly loud and somewhat obnoxious. Because of that, we tend to work with our door closed and generally avoid interacting with those other people. It’s not a huge deal for us, but it is a bit of a disadvantage. That’s why I gave a lower ranking for the “interacting with neighbors” category in this survey.
For the future, we are looking forward to continuing our relationship with AEC. At some point, we would love to be able to upgrade our current office to one with a window. We have discussed this with Dana. Right now, there are no window offices available, but she has promised to keep us informed should something suitable become available. Our business is growing and we are excited for our future!!!

As a client of AEC for many years, I appreciate all the many services they provide, from the telephone reception to the support services. We have used AEC to update our website, provide our IT services and also the administrative services which include paralegal and notary services if needed. We are pretty self sufficient, but occasionally we need assistance and it’s great to have Monica to support us when we do.
On an ongoing basis they also provide networking gatherings for the clients. They are fun and creative, the food is always good, and a nice way to touch base with the other clients in the suite and make some connections. I think it would also be great if there were some sort of listing of the other attorneys in the suite and their practice areas for referral purposes. Also it might be nice to spotlight a firm in an AEC email blast and also perhaps link AEC to that firm’s website.
AEC is proactive in keeping the technology in the suite updated and recently added a new electronic white board in the boardroom, a sound system and added Keurig coffee to their coffee service, which is provided daily for all the clients.
AEC offers our business a nice presentation to the world at an affordable price. I would recommend AEC to other law firms looking for an alternative to lengthy contracts for traditional space, easy turnkey setup and all the services of a large law firm.

I’m having my best year ever! My increase in business is mainly due to having done a lot of networking and marketing of my services over the years. All this effort is paying off! I have a new project that’s working-out very well, and I’m busier than ever.

After many years as an AEC client, I still like using the Radnor location for my group meetings. I hold a seminar once per month in their board room. I also use AEC's meeting rooms for some of my one-on-one consulting sessions.

I don’t use many of the services provided by AEC, but I’m happy with ones that I do use. The staff is always extremely nice and helpful, and the location works very well for me. It's a highly-professional office environment that reflects well on my business.

I continue to refer AEC’s services to people in my network. In fact, I referred someone recently who signed a contract. AEC gave me a very nice referral reward for doing so. That’s a nice touch that will encourage me to refer business to AEC again.

If you want to be in business for yourself but do not want the headaches of running the office you can not go wrong with AEC. The team of AEC are upbeat quality people that make you want to come to work. They have helped me with meetings, as well as many other business services. My office is perfect and I like to be able to travel to other areas and use the AEC extended facilities for meetings or just an office to use.

The location of the American Executive Centers’ Marlton location makes it very convenient for me to travel to my appointments.  The center is located on Route 73 and is close to the New Jersey Turnpike and Routes 295 and 70.  I travel frequently into Pennsylvania via the bridges and this location is perfectly located.  It is also located close to my home!
 
When I first came to the center for a tour I was greatly impressed with the location and the amenities.  I remember that they had installed my name outside the office door that I was being shown.  This was an excellent personal touch.  These personal touches are still continued today.  The staff at the center is very friendly and the Center Manager, Rita, does a great job running the center.  The front desk receptionist in particular helps with my visitors making them feel welcome.

The center is very clean.  Rita ensures that the staff is keeping the center looking top-notch.  They handle the cleaning of the offices and the trash removal.  I do not have to worry that anything will be out of place.  It is all taken care of for me.  I am able to concentrate on building my agent base while the staff takes care of the phone calls, mail, visitors, etc.
 
I would recommend the Marlton center to anyone looking for a great place to work!

Great locations in Philadelphia area along with friendly, professional and helpful staff. The managers really care about my business and if I succeed - they do all they can to assist me. Friendly atmosphere and very willing personnel make me feel very 'at home' and comfortable.

When we were beginning to expand our business in 2001, we required various locations around the Greater Philadelphia area to meet our client’s needs. Many of our mediations fall late in the day and go into the evening and AEC was very accommodating to our needs in that respect. I worked with Kathy to tailor a plan that has enough conference room time included to handle our needs.

We have the occasion to use all of the AEC locations due to the diverse nature of our business and I have to say without a doubt that the staff across all the offices is wonderful. They are all courteous and professional and our staff attorneys and clients are all very happy with their experiences everywhere.

We needed to expand to an area in Greater Philadelphia where AEC didn’t have an office and we had to go with a competitor of theirs in Newtown, PA. I have not been nearly as pleased with the level of customer service that Regus provides to us there vs. what we get with the AEC staff. We also expanded to Allentown and Northern NJ two recommended affiliates of AEC and both of those companies have also proved to be as professional and reliable as AEC has been for us over the past 12 years.

I would love it if they expanded a bit further West into Chester County as we have a need for space there as well as in Delaware County – we need to be a lot closer to the County seat and the people we use there are just not as good as AEC is. High marks to all the AEC staff and facilities!

Our company is a business to business consulting firm. We looked at various executive type centers within a 15 mile area and we chose American Executive Centers in Marlton because it was the MOST up to date, very clean, and reasonably priced… offering everything we needed. ALSO… close proximity to major highways and the staff was excellent at first glance… happy to say… we were not wrong.

The location is easy access from all major highways and a great locale for ANYTHING you need. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and I am always happy to go to my office. Regarding the amenities they have everything that I need from telephone service to free coffee!

I love the staff… in general… They are ALL very helpful. If there was one item I would wish for it would be to have bottled water available if needed but that’s it.

I have been to other executive centers in the past and I can tell you that American Executive Centers is much better. I would recommend this center! It is a great experience all around.

We needed an office without the overhead that can drain the coffers of a small business. But, we also needed business support and IT knowledge that small businesses tend to outsource. We found American Executive Centers - Plymouth Meeting, PA. They are able to field and forward calls to us from our toll-free line, as well as our direct line. We have space available on an as needed basis. Business services are also on an as needed basis, and have always been very professional and helpful. They've enabled us to keep our expenses down, while keeping our productivity and profit up.
