Delayed flight
Our flight was delayed for more than 7 hours, from 08:45 pm to 04:20 am and the company didn't even inform us or give us a reason for the long delay. No representative of the company talked to us, althought they knew the source of the problem from earlier in the day, as we later found out. I am not flying with them ever again.

A big cheer to Animawings!
I flew for first time with Animawings to Stockholm. It's also the first time I genuinely want to share my impression and leave a review for an airline.
I felt respected. Not only as a passenger, but also as a human being.
All the flight packages they offer include a cabin bag (remember, for which you have to pay extra on low costs), they allow you choose your seats when buying the ticket (also extra chargable for other airlines), the check in opens like 3 days in advance, so you don't have to do it last minute, but they also provide the check in at the airport (free of charge). The seats have lots of leg room, charging USB jacks and are designed in 2 and 3 columns, not 3 and 3 - as most of them have. So if you want to sit next to only one person, you can book the seats accordingly! No middle seat. How great is that!
Prices are more than reasonable, given they're still expanding as a company and, sure, there was a 30 min. delay, but no one was bothered, since these things don't always depend on the airline itself.
I can only cheer for this treatment, the respect and consideration from the owner, who seems like an honest and trustworthy person, always willing to improve and invest in his own Country, Romania, and its resources, even though we all know how challenging that can be (read Cristian's interview from the airplane magazine).

Feedback for AnimaWings
I’ve flown twice recently with Anima Wings on the Cluj route. Both flights were delayed — the first by an hour, the second by nearly two. Today, although boarding started on time, we were left waiting in the bus for 20 minutes before being told about the delay, and then waited another hour in the terminal.
What stood out was the lack of any apology or effort to ease the experience. One flight attendant even asked me twice, quite assertively, to raise my seat — while ignoring others. It felt unnecessarily targeted.
I understand delays happen, but passengers deserve timely communication and a bit of kindness — especially when plans and appointments are affected.

Am zburat astăzi, [27 iunie 2025], cu Anima Wings din București către Larnaca și a fost o experiență minunată, atât la clasa Business, cât și în general. Personalul de bord a fost extrem de amabil, zborul a fost confortabil, iar serviciile oferite au depășit așteptările mele. Recomand cu drag Anima Wings și abia aștept să mai zbor cu ei!
I flew today, [June 27th, 2025], with Anima Wings from Bucharest to Larnaca and it was a wonderful experience — both in Business Class and overall. The cabin crew was extremely friendly, the flight was comfortable, and the services exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Anima Wings and I’m already looking forward to flying with them again!
12 hours delay
12 hours delay on Monday 23rd of June 2025 from Brasov to Antalya. Same week on Wndnesday from Antalya to Sibiu again 12 hours delay without any info or customer support,avoid this company,they don't give a shit about their customers

I flied to Greece Kefalonia with their charters.Almost 3 hours delay both on departure from Romania and on the returning flight from Greece. No explanations.

Questa compagnia il giorno 8 marzo 2025…
Questa compagnia il giorno 8 marzo 2025 doveva portare me e la mia compagna in Egitto ad Hurgada. La partenza era prevista alle 7:05 di mattina. Poi è stata rimandata alle 9:35 per poi spostarla ancora alle 11:30.
Ha poi continuato a spostare la partenza fino alle 17:00 senza dare nessuna spiegazione e senza nemmeno passare con dei ticket per il pranzo(quale naturalmente abbiamo fatto ma a spese nostre) .
E non è finita qui:
Nelle persone in attesa c’erano molte persone con una età avanzata ma sopratutto era presente nei passeggeri in attesa,una ragazzina disabile.
Al momento della partenza ha diviso le persone con un voloBucarest-Hurgada (diretto) e altre persone con un volo Bucarest-Cluj per poi prendere un volo diretto per Hurgada. Siamo arrivati ad Hurgada ,con trasferimento pullman ,alle ore 22.45
L’altro gruppo è arrivato ad Hurgada alle 4:00 di mattina.
Noi abbiamo perso un giorno di vacanza e gli altri circa 2 giorni.
Loro non ci hanno mai contattato per un rimborso e/o altro.
Abbiamo comunicato tutto alle autorità competenti con la speranza che non possano esistere queste compagnie da 2 euro. Non meritano di ricevere prenotazioni. Fanno pena!

Mala gestión del costumer service, realice una reserva que tuve que cancelar antes de 24h y no me devuelven ni 1 €, cuando la malloria de las compañías te devuelven la totalidad antes de 24h. No contestan a los correos electrónicos
Don't even consider them for any flights
This company announced and advertised in February that they would be starting a direct flight from Bucharest to Dublin, and by late April they cancelled every single flight that they had on this route. They in effect have caused thousands of people massive inconveniences.
Their customer service is rude, as they have literally closed the phone on me while I was asking questions and they even lied to me when I asked to please talk to someone else. They said that they are the only one in today, but when I subsequently called after they shut the phone on me someone else answered.
Their claims system takes a long time to respond, and they do not respect the refund options that customers get when a flight is cancelled.
Although I sent all my emails to the customer service in English, they replied to me in Romanian, showing that with this company there is no limit to unprofessionalism.
I am never buying plane tickets from them again and I strongly advise any of you to stay away from this company, unless you want to spend hours writing emails and calling them to solve the issues that they have caused.

Romanian AnimaWings Airline, a pleasure to fly with!
It’s hard to find online reviews for Romanian AnimaWings Airline. I was worried to fly with them, the lack of reviews made me very skeptic. I was pleasantly surprised by everything. I flew from Bucharest to Iasi and this company exceeded my expectations. Timely departure, new and clean aircraft, very professional. If I were to choose between several airlines, I will go with AnimaWings in a heartbeat. The ticket is affordable, the seats very comfortable, pleasant crew. I flew so many airlines in the last 25 years but this is the first time I am impressed with an airline, good job AnimaWings and the crew!!
