Our company works alongside Appello to provide reassurance 24/7 for residents at our independent living development. On the whole the service is very reliable and pendant/smoke alarm calls are generally answered very quickly and services called if necessary. As a development manager the company provide a good reliable service for residents when there is no DM on site.

As a Development Manager I use Appello regularly and have always found them to be very helpful and efficient. Now we have access to their SBR system I find it makes reporting and recording information so much easier and also helps me to keep up to date with any emergency calls that may have happened during my absence. This in turn helps me maintain the level of service that I like to provide to my residents as well. Excellent company and staff

I have been working alongside Appello for several years ,As a development manager I have seen many changes over the years . .I am loving the new SBR system easy to use and great to update from a development managers point .The service recieved and communications is good .The emergency response time is excellant well done

Previously as an Area Relief Manager I found the SBR platform useful in being able to see what calls took place on developments where House Managers were off for any reason. With a bit of practice it is easy to update information especially when carrying out a fire alarm test on what would not be the regular day, informing Appello when Homeowners are away and for arranging access for contractors and guest suite guests. The new tuition / training update emails are great and are easy to follow. Logging on to the SBR is one of the first tasks each day.

We use Appello daily on my site for the resident and communal pullcords. I have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and efficient. I also use their online site as part of my role. Having access to this has made my role much easier and quicker. They always keep me informed via a voicemail message if one of the residents here have needed assistance whilst I have been off duty. They are also on the end of the phone if I need a quick answer to any issues or concerns that may arise.

I'm a Development manager and I am happy with the communication I get from Appello. They always leave me a message on answer phone and as I use SBR I can also see what residents if any have pulled the cord. The are always pleasant when I've done a fire alarm test too. Keep it up.

As a Manager of a Retirement Development I use Appello SBR Web System. It is a very informative system and information can be updated quickly.
The service from Appello is excellent. They are always helpful and polite.
Residents here have also praised them.

I am a retirement Development Manager. I use the SBR platform which is great for us to see what if anything happens while we are off site.
Appello staff are always polite when I speak to them after I test the fire alarm and lift coms every week

The pullcords are answered quickly and the staff are very polite when I call back for details on out of hours incidents. My only suggestion for improvement is that Appello should instruct the staff to use 24 hour clock ie 17:00 not 5pm/am as there is potential for am or pm error. Overall very good.

We have recently transition over to Appello and so far so good. The response time has been excellent and so far so good. I really appreciate the ability to update, amend or correct the development details on the system.

As a Development Manager, I work closely with Appello. Being able to update our own information and leave Appello notes on the Platform is a big advantage and very useful. To be able to check what Appello have dealt with on my site in my absence is very helpful. I have had no complaints from my Residents that have had to use Appello in an emergency.
I have worked as a Development Manager at Homebourne house for over 13yrs and have had great support working alongside Appello/Carline they are always here to help. The new SBR web system works brilliant, so easy to use and update etc.
As the manager of a retirement development and a user of Appello's SBR system, I'm very happy! I like the way I’m able to load new residents on to the system with all relevant information, update residents profile information instantly and to monitor if there have been any calls when I’m offsite.
The overall service I received from Appello is excellent. They’re good at answering calls and they are always polite and helpful.
Feedback from residents when they have had to use the service in an emergency is always positive and they feel reassured. I’m very happy to recommend Appello.

No problems at the moment. Weekly fire alarm working perfectly . No issues.
I am a Visiting Development Manager & find Appello so useful, to see at a quick glance if there have been any issues overnight. I have used Appello to call an ambulance for me in an emergency situation & have nothing but praise for their help.
