Appalling company. Door entry and warden call system always breaking down and left residents at risk over Christmas and New Year period at risk. Issued door code to folk to enable them to gain entry.... Ver mais

Over the Jubilee weekend a new resident set off the smoke alarm from steam coming from the bathroom. She got such a fright she left her apartment and the building. Because Appello Careline couldn't get a response a general fire alarm was triggered and the Fire brigade responded. Found apartment empty. All within 20 minutes. I think that was a brilliant response. Leon. DM.
Never had any issues with Appello, always had a good working relationship with company. Any problems or enquiries are always dealt with in a good timely manner. Calls by residents are done in the time frame stated.

I currently manage two sites and love the access to the dashboard as this enables me to see any issues, make changes and view notes regarding my service users whilst at the other site. Appello staff are always friendly and professional when dealing with the service users even on the occasions when the issue is not an emergency.
Appello deal with all of our systems. We will be looking to upgrade our system eventually to but the one we have more than does the job. The customer services are very efficient and on the ball, if anything happens I'm notified straight away. Very good overall service.

As a development manager the Appello system I have is very straight forwards to use for my residents. Appello are all very friendly and understanding upon being called on. The only improvement I think would be the access to a guide that we could give to residents, describing the services that Appello provide outside of personal emergencies when development managers are offsite.

As a court Manager we are really pleased with the new system installed. the installation and training provided was very good. We particularly like the 'Im ok' feature We find the staff at Apello very friendly and professional and never hear of complaints from the residents regarding their service.

It is a great system although elderly customers needs a more than a bit of time to get used to it. As a manager of three schemes, it has been a life safer, more so during and after the Pandemic. In terms of functionality, it is exactly what was promised and customer service are commendably reliable when any systemic glitch occurs.

My experience as a Court Manager with Appello has been through the years more positive than negative. I find the customer service team very helpful and friendly. Although sometimes they can take longer to answer the calls, especially evenings and weekends, the general feedback from my residents and the reports received when there is no manager on site, have improved notoriously.
Appello installed our new Smart Living digital tele care system a couple of years ago, with intercom systems and it has been an asset to the court. The residents benefit from the system, as they can call fellow tenants internally, as well as telling me they are OK on a daily basis, so I don't have to call them.
It is a great monitoring system for the elderly.

Apello are very helpful, when our new system was installed we had something teething problems that were solved relatively quickly.

Although this system is great for the majority of my customers, Older or less familiar customers sometimes find the system difficult to answer the door, particularly a customer who is visually impaired. The customer service is very friendly and helpful, but can on occasion be slow to get a reply at busy times.
the instalation team was brilliant and were so kind to customers. Software programe is easy to use and little help was needed to learn the system.

The install went smoothly and with many different client types there were lots of practical solutions to all our challenges. I found KB and HQ to be easy to use and full of guides to any question I had. My only cautionary feedback is the call log on the handset needing to be cleared down manually when full or else that handset will not ring. We have now added deleting the handsets daily call list to resolve this issue but its not a failsafe solution imho.

Installation went very smoothly Tony was excellent and couldn't help myself or my residents enough. The equipment is very simple and easy to use. We have had a few teething problems with equipment not working but Appello are doing everything they can to get the issues fixed as soon as possible.

An overall good service to my vulnerable customers. Sometimes a little slow in answering calls. Always helpful and polite. Repairs take time.
Monitoring equipment is good.

Although this system is great for tech savvy customers. Older or less familiar customers sometimes find the system confusing, particularly with customers with dementia. The customer service is always great and any issues are always dealt with within a few hours.

Appello have been responsive and helpful throughout the installation process and subsequent issues raised such as repairs or queries with the system going forward. My colleagues have reported that they are happy with the system; calls are clear, the system is easy to use and the response time is appropriate.

The service Appello have offered over the past 3 years has been brilliant. They call centre monitor around 1500-2000 connections for us, a mixture of hard wired and dispersed. Their staff are clear, polite and follow our joint procedures. As an organisation, Appello have always taken our feedback on board to improve the service they offer to us. We also have their digital warden call system, Smart Living Solutions, installed in a number of our schemes. It has worked exactly as we expected, and although it's a relatively new system, there have been very few issues. Where issues have arisen, it has often been possible to fix them remotely, preventing the need for an engineer to visit. The calls connect extremely quickly and the speech is very clear; the video door entry system provides our residents with more security, as they can see who is requesting access to the building; the Wi-Fi enabled speech units provide Wi-Fi internet access to all of our residents in their individual apartments; and the back end AppelloHQ system is very simple to use. I would definitely recommend Appello as a supplier of digital telecare as well as an alarm receiving centre.
Very impressed with monitoring service
Appello's call centre monitor around 2200 connections for us (a mixture of hard wired and dispersed). The service they have offered over the past 8 years has been brilliant. Their staff are clear, polite and follow our joint procedures. As an organisation, Appello have always taken our feedback on board to improve the service they offer to us. We have regular contract meetings to review the service received. Due to the digital switchover I am aware that some areas of the network experience connection issues. This is down to BT analogue lines switching to digital and causing a delay at the monitoring centre. Even though we have experienced this Appello are always happy to advise with next steps to digital switchover, and how best to overcome this issue.
