Station Toprent ist sehr schlecht zu finden, nirgends ausgeschildert und zu Fuss weit ausserhalb des Flughafengeländes

der onlincheck-in ist super von zu Hause aus zu erledigen; allerdings muss man erwarten können, einen "Online-Check-in" Schalter vorzufinden, um sich nicht in der allgemeinen Reihe anstellen zu müssen....

In Sofia Bulgarien waren die Angestellten sehr freundlich und nett. Alles gut erklärt. Kurze Nachfrage nach Zusatzversicherung, ein nein sofort akzeptiert. Rückgabe auch problemlos 10 min warten für check. Ich soll doch schnell einen Kaffee trinken dann hätte er es auch schon.

Mietwagenbuchung hat wunderbar geklappt. Versicherungsumfang top.

Im Gegensatz zu den lokalen Anbietern waren wir nicht in unseren erlaubten zu fahrenden Kilometer eingeschränkt. Die Abwicklung online war einfach und schnell. Der Preis ist dafür jedoch auch etwas höher. Durch Check24 waren wir eigentlich Vollkasko versichert. Wir wurden jedoch noch nach weiteren Versicherungen angefragt, was wir nicht recht verstanden haben, denn wir wollten eben eine 100%ige Absicherung. Es lief alles super, das Personal hat bei der Übergabe nicht das Auto komplett auf links gedreht. Also primär sehr gute Erfahrungen!

Alles war einfach. Das buchen, der Service gut und das Auto auch. Wir können nichts negatives berichten. Bei uns hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Wir hatten überhaupt keine Wartezeiten. Alles war total unkompliziert. Ich würde dort wieder buchen.

Super Mietwagen Service zu einem sehr guten Preis. Dazu Schneller Transfer vom Flughafen und auch wieder zurück.

Tolles neues Auto zu einem wirklich guten Mietpreis! Der Zustand war makellos und die gesamte Abwicklung von der Buchung bis zur Rückgabe absolut reibungslos. Hier miete ich gerne wieder!

Don’t do it! We turned up I’m Corfu and were picked up by some random kid in a Corsa, this copy basically has loads of random local hire companies under there umbrella that either speak zero English and or don’t wish to help you in any way. We had to book a whole new policy when arriving as they wouldn’t let us do the deposit on our debit card, or partners credit card. They also tried to charge us à late fee when we arrived in at 11pm from our flight! Then we got stuck and had to get pulled out in the rental car, the local rental company wouldn’t help us organise a tow or get help then made us pay the provider we found and then said we had to claim it back with plant car not them. All in all ot went from à £250 rental car to well over £1000 for the week and I doubt we will get the money back. Absolute corporate scam. blame the other guy.. also been waiting 3 months for reimbursement and been told on the phone ive done the wrong thing and the company has done nothing wrong, additionally have been hung up on twice….im so done

Schnelle, unkomplizierte Anmietung ohne Wartezeit. Tolles Auto und nette Mitarbeiter am Schalter.
Auch die Rückgabe verlief ohne Komplikatonen, die Kaution war nach nicht mal 8h zurück auf dem Konto. Top.

I had a highly disappointing experience with this car rental marketplace and strongly advise others to avoid renting from them.

I rented a Ford Focus through Planet Rentalcars, opting for the damage waiver policy. Fortunately, nothing happened to the vehicle, but I ended up paying extra through Planet Cars and additionally with Enterprise. Enterprise explained that in case of damage, the excess payment would be £2,800, which I would need to cover upon returning the car. However, if I purchased their insurance policy, my liability would be reduced to just £250.
I paid via Rentalcars and also purchased excess coverage through Enterprise.

The initial quotes appeared lower, but attempting to save money ultimately resulted in higher costs.

Additionally, I booked a Ford Focus, but they had no cars available, forcing me to pay an upgrade fee of £10 per day. I rented the vehicle for 8 days, and every pound and penny counts.
When I contacted Planet Rentals, I was brushed off by the agent, who informed me that once the agreement was signed, refunds were not possible. Th

e vehicle also had issues: the windshield wipers were not functioning properly and needed new blades, and the car, which had 28,795 miles, exhibited problems shifting from second to third gear, with the engine halting. Enterprise claimed that such faults, including the engine issue, were common Nissan faults intended to save fuel — a claim I found questionable.

Overall, this experience was dreadful, and I strongly recommend avoiding this marketplace to prevent similar frustrations and unnecessary costs.

Sehr gute Erfahrung Auto war gut in Schuss gut gepflegt und die Abwicklung war einfach.
Gerne wieder breit, wenn ich einen Mietwagen brauche dort ein Mietwagen zu holen

My flight was delayed and I contacted the company to let them know I would land after the local rental company closed. I contacted them via email and phone call.
After being on hold for 1 hour and 18 minutes an operator answered. They told me they would phone or email me back with a solution. They didn't get back to me and the local company cancelled my car.
I phoned planet rental car again and they told me they could not rebook and I might get a refund as a 'good will gesture'.
I had to book a replacement car on the day at 4 times the price. Planet Rental Car has offered the worse customer services I have ever experienced. I have had multiple emails and phone calls to resolve the issue. As a result of the initial inability to resolve a flight delay (which I imagine should be a normal issue and easy to fix), I have ended up £500 out of pocket.

Having booked and paid for a car for five days, I arrived after a delayed flight to discover that the car I had already paid for had simply been resold to someone else.

Before landing, I had tried through multiple channels to inform them of the flight delay and ask that the rental company be notified. I received absolutely no response from anyone.

When I finally arrived, there was no attempt to help, no meaningful explanation and no interest whatsoever in the fact that I had already paid a substantial amount for the original booking. I was simply told that the car was gone and that I would need to take out an entirely new rental contract, effectively losing the money I had already paid.

The entire experience was appalling. No communication, no accountability and apparently zero concern for the customer once they already have your money.

Quite frankly, the attitude from everyone involved was one of complete indifference. Zero Fs given.

Von der Abholung bis zur Abgabe hat alles gut geklappt. Das Fahrzeug war sauber und hat keine Probleme gemacht.

Besonders gut hat uns die Handhabung gefallen, dass man das Fahrzeug mit vollem Tank bekommt und voll getankt wieder zurückgibt. Andere Regelungen sind oft umständlich.
