Pram package we bought was great value for money

Needed an added accessory for our silver cross pram that we purchased second hand - found the exact thing we we needed whilst browsing the baby birds website a member of the team called me to confirm the colour I’d chosen and within days I received the item.
Amazing and will definitely be using baby birds in the future.

We purchased the wrong crib and wardrobe set. We asked to cancel the order and they were very accommodating and offered us a full refund. We was also asked which crib set we wanted and they sourced this for us and matched it to the correct mattress. Fantastic!

The team at baby birds especially Meg and Adam were brilliant..there was a little hiccup with the order of my joie eclipse double stroller..but Meg and Adam kept me informed of its whereabouts until I received it..

I ordered a car seat for my youngest granddaughter and having got one already I knew exactly what I wanted. the price was really competitive and delivery was included. In the end as I live near to the store I chose to collect it and the team expertly installed it in my car, showing me how to adjust it for growth and comfort.

Always very helpful at Baby birds and if they don't have the product you are looking for , they will order it in. I have bought my daughters prams, nursery furniture and car seats all from Baby birds. The experience has always been outstanding and nothing too much trouble. The reason I go back to buy smaller items, towels, feeding bowls, blankets to name a few. I have got to know the team and Jade has been very supportive in showing how to fit car seats, fold up pushchairs etc. Highly recommend and love to support a local shop.

Absolutely awful !
I did read reviews beforehand, but still thought I'd give them a chance, seen as more people will actively submit a bad experience than a good one. I should have heeded their guidance. I ordered a buggy on 11th Feb. With a 7-10 day delivery . The buggy took a month to arrive!
I called customer service three times, the first two times they did not follow up after they said they would. The third time they did follow up via email, but basically saying no news and I just had to wait. I then sent in a formal complaint after 13 working days had passed and gave them an ultimatum deadline for delivery. The date arrived and I got a notification of dispatch the day after. The items themselves were fine and what I wanted, but their business plan is incredibly poor. They don't seem to know if they have products in stock or on order or where they are being ordered from. Sometimes they are ordering from the supplier to then be delivered to their own store and then reshipped out to the customer. Which makes zero sense.
I had to buy a second hand buggy while waiting for my delivery .
So don't bother ordering here, it may be £10-20 cheaper than high street store but you will lose the money and more in your time and like myself actually having to buy a temporary buggy to get you through the wait.
The customer service agents I spoke to were all very polite on the phone which I will credit them to and they did always answer, but couldn't actually do anything to help the process.
DPD also couldn't find my parcel when they eventually did get to my home (not baby birds fault) and I had to go to the van myself and find it for them - It was there they just had poorly organised their parcels and just had to rummage through everything to find it.

We was welcomed by Jade. Jade went into more detail on a pram we looked at. Very lovely, friendly and took her time explaining everything in detail to us. Would highly recommend. Glad we looked in baby birds.

Take heed of the poor reviews. I ordered a car seat in January that never came - they blamed lack of stock from the suppliers. I would not leave a one star review for this alone, but once it became clear to me that I was not going to receive my item I asked for a refund 6 times over email and twice on the phone and only last week was this confirmed.

The company responded vaguely and often with outright lies about expected shipping dates in an attempt to delay refunding.

I ordered from another website and received my new car seat the next working day.

I spent £2000 on a Silver Cross Kensington pram and was sent one with a bright white handle instead of the matching black handle that was advertised on the listing photo.
When I contacted the company, they called it a ‘small error’ and did not offer to rectify it.
They have now taken my money for a product that I didn’t order - I specifically ordered from this website for a black handle. All I have recieved is apologies and I have been left with it.
I am absolutely appalled.
To reply to your reply - you did switch them around when you advertised them. You uploaded the wrong photo of the item and did not once offer a refund. You advertised a black handle and sent a white when I clicked purchase. Absolutely awful
