I was not expecting such fast delivery! Great quality products as always. The box it came it was a little torn up though but the pole was safe and came with its own caps and velcro piece.

Exploitative Shipping Fees
I am absolutely appalled by your shipping policies. For a company of your size, which routinely handles massive bulk orders from school districts, forcing parents to pay for shipping is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, a $20 shipping fee is outright outrageous and ridiculous—that is a staggering 25% of the total cost of the item itself!
Frankly, our school district should reconsider doing business with you entirely. A company with your resources should easily be able to coordinate bulk shipping expenses directly with the school or apply tax-exempt status. When my son was in middle school, we never had to pay a single cent for shipping.
Your predatory pricing is a massive disappointment!

Shipping costs are significantly lower when schools place bulk orders to a single location, while individual purchases—like a single pair shipped to a home address—incur higher carrier and handling fees. Because of this, shipping for single orders cannot be structured the same as bulk school shipments. Delay in Delivery
I ordered the white gloves for my grandson who was going to The Cavaliers Drum Corps for camp. I ordered them so that they would be delivered to his home so he could pack them with his things. There was a delay, I got in touch with Band Shoppe and I was informed that they would be delayed. I was having them shipped to Colin so that there would not be an additional cost in shipping them out to him and he needed them. So, he left and a week later they arrived and his parents had to incur the shipping costs. The gloves are great.

Delivered quicker than I thought it would.
I’ve been purchasing band shoes from here ever since my oldest was in band. He’s since graduated and now my daughter is in the band. The shoes always delivered in a timely manner and the shoes seem true to size.

Bulk Price & Shipping
The website stated that quantities greater than 12 pair of gloves would be 2.75 per pair, however this discount was not applied. The shipping charge of nearly $40 is quite steep and there was not an option in checkout to exempt sales tax. We are a nonprofit.

Thank you for your feedback. The discounted price of $2.75 per pair applies when 12 or more gloves are ordered in the same size and color; mixed sizes or colors do not qualify for the bulk discount. We also note on our website that tax-exempt customers need to submit their exemption documentation to us prior to placing the order for sales tax to be removed. Your website is extremely hard to use. It took me two hours just to check out. I tried Apple Pay. I tried PayPal. I tried my credit card. It’s not user-friendly.

Quality of DSI Viper Marching Band Shoes
The Viper Marching Band Shoes are fantastic! They feel like runners but give you a formal look. I only had 3 issues with these shoes. 1. They wear out really easily, within the first parade, I need insoles to be able to feel my feet by the end of the day.
2. They are marking, so don't wear them in gyms if they care about the floor.
3. if its really hot outside they melt on the concrete.
