I received a torn empty envelope and…

I received a torn empty envelope and paid almost $30 for shipping on an $18 item for my granddaughters birthday. Obviously the baton was not packaged correctly. Why would FedEx deliver an EMPTY DAMAGED envelope with nothing inside??!!

Beware of Extra Fees

I find it ridiculous that you would charge a $20 fee for children wanting their own flag pole (orders less than 5). Price gouging working class families isn’t a way to get repeat business.

I haven’t received my order yet

I haven’t received my order yet. I was told it was back ordered and I would receive it mid May. It is now mid June, still haven’t received it, and have gotten no updates.

Shopping and purchasing was easy

Shopping and purchasing was easy, no problem navigating through the site. Not happy with shipping cost. Bought a baton and they are not heavy or big. $19.95 for standard shipping is ridiculous.

The silk is absolutely beautiful

The silk is absolutely beautiful, the pole however looks pretty dull on one end and the shipping box came in absolutely beat up. The extra 20 dollar charge for not buying 5 or more poles was neat, too after already paying 20 bucks for shipping! 106 bucks for 58 dollars worth of items. Yikes. Yes, part of this is absolut sarcasm as I'm not thrilled about the costs. Yes, that is actually a lot of money to some people. It got here fast though. Started on a positive, ended on positive.

Overpriced junk being sold to us by a middleman $$$$$$

We just began this marching band journey and I can tell right now that I will be finding literally anywhere else to order this crap from because your shipping prices are criminal. You are shipping overpriced chinese junk to me as a middle man and I'm paying almost a 50% shipping fee? Ew.
I see you, I see what you're doing, I am very loud, and I'm not going away for 4 more years, so good luck with that.

Great product selection and service

I ordered practice flags for a group of 12 and the website had numerous options and ordering was easy. I received everything within a few days.

Getting back to feeling like a kid again!

I did color and winter guard in highschool and in college, and I’m so excited to change up my mommy work o it routine in my 30s! Thanks for allowing me to feel like a kid / young adult again!

Fantastic customer support!

Super easy website and customer service was very fast. I had to contact your company to get our government organization set up as tax exempt. It was a super-fast process and that was very helpful for the deadline we are facing with our order.

The charge for S&H is crazy

The charge for S&H is crazy. Then you are charged for returning, then you are required to pay another $20 for S&H. So end up paying $60 S&H. Will never use this vendor again. Will definitely look for another vendor

I shop online all the time. Never do I pay S&H!!! Nor do I pay for return items!!! From major companies to small businesses on etsy or eBay!!! That’s the incentive to keeping customers. They all use 3rd party!!!

There were missing parts

There were missing parts. It is unfortunate that the return period is so short. As someone who wanted to re-live their colorguard days, I was extremely disappointed with the missing parts. The shipping costs to return would have made it easier just to eat the cost due to my location.
