I've owned several Barton watch bands. Nice quality and easy to switch out. Their customer service is fast and effective. Highly recommmend.

I placed an order. Their website was confusing. After ordering I received another offer for 25% discount. I didn't realize it was for a 2nd strap. I have been calling and emailing several times to cancel the 2nd strap. There is no way to do this on their website after purchasing. Still no response. They did charge my credit card for both straps. I read reviews before I ordered because I had a worse experience with Helvetnus straps. Certainly don't buy from these people in Switzerland. They will charge you postage of $100+ and $19 processing fee if returned for a $147 strap.

I have bought a few bands from Barton. I appreciate their quality for the price, and their customer service team has been helpful with questions and the occasional return. I own a few of their Elite Silicone straps. I purchased one of their FKM navy blue rubber straps, but returned only because I had wanted a darker navy color.

I have purchased multiple bands from Barton. They always deliver an great product for the money. The few times I have had issues, the customer service is always top notch. They're quick to respond and always work to make things right. My first stop when needing a quality strap for my collection.

"Terrible Experience - Stalled for Weeks and Never Shipped"I ordered an 18mm silicone watch band for $29.75. A shipping label was created on July 5th, but the package was never physically handed to the USPS. I reached out to customer service 5 times and left a voicemail. They repeatedly ignored my refund requests and kept telling me to wait indefinitely for an item they never actually sent. I had to bypass them completely and contact PayPal, who investigated the tracking number and instantly forced a full refund under Buyer Protection. Avoid this company—they will take your money and stall instead of shipping your order.

"Update: The package finally arrived! It took longer than expected due to shipping delays, but the White Top Black Bottom Elite Silicone band is excellent quality. Barton’s customer service was very responsive and even offered a replacement. I have reached out to them to repay for the item since I previously received a refund. Great product and helpful team!"

This is a GREAT company. I ordered the wrong size. They were terrific in their response, shipping a new band out and even allowing my original price, which was lower than the replacement band. I dealt with Felix and I could not have been treated more courteously and professionally. I will be back!

Excellent product and outstanding customer service. Barton’s watch bands are comfortable, well made, and look fantastic. When I contacted them about receiving an extra watch band by mistake, they thanked me for my honesty and told me to keep it as a gift. That kind of customer care is hard to find. They’ve earned a loyal customer, and I highly recommend them.

Aside from making the most comfortable straps for Casio watches at a good price, their customer support is unusually good. Fast answers and very friendly.
