Great service and quality, lenient warranty
I ordered a leather watch band around 1.5 years ago, and was extremely happy with it. The quality and feel is great. I use it on my Garmin Venu3S that I wear everyday.
Recently, the little second leather keeper dropped off the band, due to use.
I contacted support, and after a short deliberation, they decided to extend my 1y warranty and send a new watch band! You need to know that I am in Europe and both the band and shipping for the replacement was free.
What an amazing customer service! I will definitely be back.

Cordura Fabric & Silicone Hybrid Watch Strap
This watch strap is one of several straps that I have purchased from Barton via Amazon. The previous straps were Sailcloth and Leather which look outstanding with my chronograph watches. I purchased this hybrid strap for my Cartier XL Santo Dumont to give me some versatility when it comes to getting wet. My original straps from Cartier are alligator which can't even get damp without ruining them. I love this new strap and it too looks outstanding on my new watch. i did reach out to Barton regarding other products and their customer service was quick and exceptional! Felix got back to my email request in one day. That's incredible now a days! Kudos to Felix and their customer service team. If you're looking for a beautiful, durable, well made, premium watch strap, I would highly recommend Barton. Their turnaround is quick too while others can take up to 6-weeks.

I guess everyone has their own experience (1 star review?) but I have purchased from Barton Watch Bands several times over a couple of years. The items have been of good quality and I have enjoyed wearing them. On the one occasion I experienced a concern about a split on the inside of a band, Felix was quick, kind, and more than accommodating. Five stars in my mind. I will certainly continue to buy from there without hesitation.

Excellent customer service and products
It's the second time I buy something from Barton Watchbands and I absoloutely love the quality and looks of the materials. I had some minor missteps during the delivery process because I received the wrong order but as soon as the customer service team in charge received my email, they followed up my case until I received the correct one. Very kind people!

Arrived promptly.Very happy with the style and quality. Looks great for casual, the silicone dries quickly so is ideal for swimming and exercise. Recommend!

Can’t wear a Barton wrist strap
I don’t own a Barton watch band but I would like to. All your customers must be skinny little stick figures with wrists the size of #2 pencils . You’re still in business, very well. What happens when a bigger guy with a bigger wrists wants to own a Barton ? SOL I would dare say . I have a Grand Seiko with a 19 mm width and XL wrists . Not one single wrist band with both length and circumference. Good job Barton !

For reference, our standard length bands are designed to fit up to an eight inch wrist. This will fit the vast majority of both men and women. When available, our long offerings will fit up to a nine inch wrist. That said, our long offerings are only manufactured in the popular 20mm & 22mm lug width sizes. Great company ordered the wrong size bands emailed them and they had the order corrected before it was even shipped. Bands are beautiful and high quality I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends

Don't be fooled by imitators
Don't be fooled by imitators. I've been a customer for longer than I can remember and have yet to be disappointed in their bands. The quality of workmanship and materials is far better than any other I've come across.
Customer service is great as well. I had an issue with a delivery, by no fault of theirs, and they fixed it right away.

Great service!
I ordered my band and it arrived quite quickly. Once received, I noticed lug size would not going to work. I contacted Felix who worked with me to the find the correct size. Felix was very easy to work with and very professional. He made very easy handling the request. I highly recommend these guys! The customer service was outstanding.

Phenomenal quality and even better customer service
Ive been using Barton Watch Bands for a good number of years. They hold up phenomenally and fit correct. I have a bit of an odd duck with a 23mm band and they look great on my Citizen. The only thing better than the quality is the customer service. I sent an email on some new bands on Sunday, and by Monday evening I had a call from them (after a few great emails) that they had the band I was looking for and helped me out huge. Anyone reading this, sure you can grab the bands at various online retailers but this is a real place with ACTUAL people who you can speak to. And they are super nice and helpful. I cant reccomend Barton Watch Bands enough and I wouldnt settle for less. Dont cheap out on the thing that holds your expensive timepiece.

I found this company when I was in the market for a new strap
I ordered a strap and had it shipped to Japan. The whole process was incredibly seamless. Very easy to order and pay in yen and tracking the shipping was just so easy. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. Despite the fact that this was 100% my mistake, they rectified it at their expense and shipped me a new strap at no cost. They did not have to do this but they gained a customer for life. Thanks specifically to Josh P for making this happen.

Very beautiful bands and great customer service.
I bought watch bands from them. The band themselves are very high quality; especially the leather ones with quick release are beautiful and very easy to install.
My order via USPS took something of a detour (USPS was likely swamped around Xmas time), and Barton was incredibly helpful in tracking the package and resolving the issue. Highly recommended.
