Missing parts. Never replied to my emails
I bought a shower tap and 1 attachment was missing.
I contacted them and chased but no replies.
I have booked a plumber and I eneded up buying the extra part costing me another 50£...
Not really ideal and terrible customer experience and service.

Ordered a shower payed for it then got…
Ordered a shower payed for it then got a email next day saying out of stock so they sent me an alternate one that I was grateful for. However just had a message of the customer I fitted for saying it’s leaking not happy the hose has failed so emailed them today to send a replacement and fingers crossed they will but I’ll report back if they do.

No communication & poor quality
Purchased the Bailey chrome bath shower mixer tap & rigid shower riser kit. Quality of the pipework felt quite plasticky and some of the shower head holes appear to be blocked. The Flexi hose connecting the tap outlet to the bottom of the riser pipe was too short and restricted the height of the riser/waterfall head, making it only suitable for people of a height of 5'4" and under.
Contacted bathroom house about a longer hose - no response received whatsoever. Had to purchase a pipe extension from another supplier - this pipe was much higher quality than the Bathroom House riser pipe.
Left a review of the product on the Bathroom House website which was "submitted for review" and was never posted - leads me to believe they don't post honest reviews if they aren't 5 stars.
Wouldn't buy from here again.

Excellent quality rak hand rails.Good Retailer and price
Very easy to order although the 300mm handrail was shown the Web site didn't say there was a 400mm version in stock ,and I found it by accident when I did a specific search .
But my experience Bathroom house was perfect ,The pricing was the lowest and the rak quality of solid brass and bright chrome plated is second to none ,Also the flange each end to secure the rail to the wall ,has a wonderful threaded end bezel to cover the fixing screwa
Their delivery was 48hrs and via dpd excellent feedback to delivery times. I highly recommend Bathroom House ,5*****

Missing item. Aggressive phone call.
Ordered two items. Set them aside for our plumber. When the box was opened a week later, ONE ITEM WAS MISSING.
I contacted the company and spoke to a staff member called Vinny, who initially said the issue would be passed to customer services. Instead, I received a GENERIC TEMPLATE EMAIL and was then called back and told — in an AGGRESSIVE AND CONFRONTATIONAL manner — that the company would NOT replace the missing item because it was not reported within 48 HOURS.
This so-called policy conveniently allows the company to REFUSE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS MISSING FROM DELIVERY. No investigation. No goodwill. ZERO attempt to resolve an obvious failure at their end.
If you do not open and inspect every delivery immediately, you apparently accept ALL RISK, even when items are missing on arrival. SHOCKINGLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR ETHICS. AVOID.

We would like to clarify that we do not refuse responsibility for missing items, nor do we dismiss concerns without investigation. Our records show that both items on your order were dispatched together, and smaller components are sometimes packaged within the same box as larger items for protection.
When a missing item is reported, our standard process is to request images of the packaging and contents so that we can confirm what was received and, where necessary, raise a claim with our courier or supplier. This step is required before we can issue a replacement or alternative resolution and is something we apply consistently to all customers.
We’re sorry if our communication came across as abrupt — that is certainly not our intention, and we take feedback like this seriously. Our aim is always to resolve issues fairly and in line with consumer law.

No warranty
No warranty, bought a thermostatic mixer tap and full shower, paid for the expensive one and after fitting the water pulsated an didn’t work properly, contacted customer services and they kept requesting different videos which I sent, asked for a replacement but they just kept saying send another video, got fed up in the end and bought a different one from b&q which works fine, also the shower is cheap and nasty plastic so changing that too, don’t buy as totally rubbish and will not replace or refund .after reading your reply I did send a video of the new tap supplied from bathroom house and how it wasn’t working properly. Now your saying it’s not your tap, just constantly lie, the video sent was of the new tap supplied by you!!

We take product quality and customer service very seriously and we always aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. In this case, we have been working with you and the manufacturer to diagnose the reported fault. To do this, we requested specific videos showing the flow performance and system pressures, as these are required by the manufacturer to confirm whether the issue is product related or installation/system related.
From our records, we are currently waiting for the requested videos of the Bathroom House tap itself, as the most recent video provided showed a replacement tap purchased elsewhere. As soon as we receive the required information, we can progress this with the manufacturer and work towards a resolution for you.
We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the product and we would still very much like the opportunity to resolve this matter. Please respond to our email dated 12th September 2025 with the requested details and we will prioritise your case.

I was looking for matching wall mounted bath taps but with deck fitting basin taps.These were very scarce to find, but Bathroom-House had them in stock. The only problem was not a great deal to choose from. Prompt dispatch & delivery.

Purchased a gorgeous rain shower and…
Purchased a gorgeous rain shower and handheld shower combi last summer, ready for the builders to install in May 25. Unfortunately they threw away the fitting instructions, so later last year, when something went wrong I had no way of knowing what.
I live alone and had to wait for my lad to visit, at which time he identified what he thought was the issue - a washer with a split in.
I contacted the company explaining the situation, and they immediately replied informing me that this was how the washer was meant to be. They sent me a new set of fitting instructions, and amazingly even sent me a video of their own staff putting the rain shower head together ! Couldn't go wrong.
I explained my situation, in that I lived alone, and was waiting for surgery on my back, so was dependent on my son helping me with this, and they were fully understanding and supportive.
Had the Op in Dec and when my lad brought me home, he nipped upstairs and fitted everything back together - and realised that what he THOUGHT was the issue, was in fact not!
The rain shower didn't work for the reason the 2 plates had burst apart! Once he's spotted the washer with what he thought was a split in, he hadn't delved any further.
Bless them, I contacted the company when they re-opened in Jan, explained the situation now, and they immediately sent me a replacement rain shower head.
In 10 days time, my lad will visit again and fit the new shower head for me, and I can't wait, as by that time the wound in my back should have fully healed and I can have a wonderful, proper shower!
I have been astonished by the kindness and helpful attitude of the staff at this company, and I have been delighted by their exceptional customer service, as I have continued to contact them with what I thought was the problem, only to discover something else! They took it all in their stride,and other companies would do well to follow their example.
I can absolutely recommend them.

HI Paul, Please check your emails :-) DPD have been unable to deliver your order and have returned it back to Bathroom House.
Your order was dispatched on 6th January. DPD attempted delivery on the following dates: 7th & 8th January.DPD will have contacted you on the morning that your order was out for delivery with a 1 hour delivery time slot and asking for further instructions if you were not going to be available to accept delivery. Without instructions from you, DPD will not leave your parcel unattended or with a neighbour. Please reply to our email to re-schedule your delivery.

Please avoid using this retailer. I could only get a specific shower from the which is why I used this company. They do not reply to any emails, no one answers the phone and good luck trying to get a refund. Very disingenuous company and I will be contacting my credit card company for the refund as I've heard nothing from them. Closed the entire Christmas period as well which is frankly ridiculous. Their returns process is very expensive.

I placed an order early last week with you and have had no confirmation or dispatch information but the money has left my account. I'm emailing, I'm calling, I'm leaving messages when calling. No response. I have contractors in my flat that will soon get to my bathroom and I need these items delivered this week.
To add insult to injury you were super quick to contact me when my payment failed to authenticate on your website but now the communication is non-existent. Please please contact me. This is really poor form.

I'm happy to let you know that your order has been dispatched using two couriers. You’ll find the delivery notes attached to your mail as well. Your first delivery is scheduled for tomorrow via DPD, and they will send you a text with your one-hour delivery time slot. As for your second delivery, which includes the bath screen, you will receive an email with the courier details once that item is on its way to you.
We are glad to confirm that we received payment for your order on December 4th. Since you opted for standard delivery( 3-5 working days), your items should all arrive by December 10th.
