i have not received my order of 3 x HEPA filter for Beldray BEL1096 ~Airlite cordress hand vacuum. I contact YODEl delivery service who said they had returned the parcel to you and had no received any notification from you. CAN YOU PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN THESE FILTERS WILL BE DELIVERED. Thankyou.

A quick response and delivery. Item well packed and arrived on time.
On unpacking, the fan appears well built and easy to set up. It arrived at the end of the recent heatwave so will need to wait until the temperature rises again to give it a good trial.

DO NOT BUY (JUNK)
The product arrived in good time, but unfortunately that’s the only positive, the beldray climate cube really struggled to turn on because the button was faulty it was very noisy and started leaking water everywhere (ruining important documents) it then turned off and won’t turn back on. I want my money back and some sort of compensation for the ruined documents.

This unfortunately doesn't do hardwood floors, which was the reason I bought it. Might be my fault!

Lack of communication
Next day delivery took 3 days no communication from either Beldray or the delivery company. My delivery was left on my front door step - I live on a main road! I was away when the item was delivered, thankfully it was taken in by my neighbour
