Was a bit pessimistic at first when they only had an online chat bot to contact, but after a couple simple questions I very quickly got put through to a real person (Alex) who resolved my issue very quickly without fuss. For once a positive online shopping experience 🤯
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I had a problem with a product that I had purchased online. I contacted customer services and they have been extremely helpful and understanding and they have offered a return service and a refund. I could not have wished for more. Thoroughly recommend them.

I've just purchased a beldray all in…
I've just purchased a beldray all in one hard floor cleaner, but unable to find their cleaning solution online. Their website chat was was great. A few simple questions and then straight to a person. Problem solved in under 10mins. Given a 3/5 day delivery window. Very happy.

Customer service is very helpful. Alex was great. Bought a Salter Air fryer and it stopped working under THREE years of use. Got a refund in less than 10 minutes. Very happy customer, I thought I would get a replacement but they just sent the money back. Thanks so much!
Annoying to say the least
Am a bit fed up with trying to order a Salter Wok with lid.
First problem was their chosen delivery company, Yodel. They communicated a delivery, but I was out, then gave no notice or options for the subsequent attempts. So that never reached me and refunded (3 attempts).
A replacement was ordered, found to be dinked in the side, lid proud. Have boxed. Return label sent is expecting me to pay. Currently trying to contact Customer Services on that.
I had another delivered today, by Yodel. Box is damaged. Again lid does not fit proud.

I contacted Chat, Fantastic. They deserve 8* at least. Nat West take note.
They answered quickly (!) used excellent English (!!) and after asking sensible questions determined the scales were dead. And offered to send me a replacement, FOC .
Either a dream or absolutely amazing response by this company.

I bought a hoover and it stopped working after 1.5 years we hadnt purchased or registered the warranty. However Hussain in the customer services team was exceptional and very helpful. He helped resolve the issue giving us a refund and overall leaving us as very happy customers

We had a problem with a pan lid and the customer service was really good they got a courier to picked up the pans and replaced the pans with another set the service was really good keeping in touch with regular emails
