Purchased a microwave for over £70, from a store which has since closed, back in Nov 2025, used correctly but today ( 6 months ) it started to spark and sizzle inside. Contacted Progress via their chat message to ask how I access their 12 month guarantee and I have had no reply, not even an automated acknowledgement of my query.

I contacted to ask if a spare part was available. It was initially misread as a complaint but after another message it was sorted out and I received the spare part I needed to continue using my very useful air fryer

Really happy with it so far. Fast efficient and food is nice.
Alex, was very thorough in asking all the questions that would help to find out if I was doing something wrong or the machine was at fault. It was concluded that the machine had a fault and that we can get a replacement as we are very happy with the machine just unlucky on a sensor.
Purchased a dual progress air fryer in October from the TikTok shop and by beginning of December drawer 1 has stopped heating up. Not happy as now I’m going to have to purchase a new air fryer. What a waste of money 😠

Bought from morrisons, worked great after a couple of months then the right side stopped working. I managed with the left side and that has stopped working too in less than a year. Very disappointing
Edit: replacement product received and customer service was prompt and was great.

I wasn't able to register my product on line as the form to be filled in wouldn't recognise the product code.
I contacted the Customer Services department and after some email contact with them I was provided with a code and it was accepted.
I contacted customer service by email when one side stopped working on my 8/9 month old air fryer. I received a prompt reply asking for more information. I was unable to find my store receipt and hadn’t registered my guarantee but on this occasion Progress were able to offer me a refund. The advisor who dealt with my emails went above and beyond what I’d expected and I’m delighted with the outcome. I used the money to buy another identical model air fryer because despite the issue I had, I have trust in the company and the product. This time I’ve registered my guarantee!

I bought the Progress dual air fryer in Morrisons. It worked for a few months then last night it just stopped working. It cooked okay for about 15 minutes and when opened it to turn the food , the button to restart it would not work.
I had to take the veg out and saute them in order to make dinner. Now the dual air fryer lights up for a moment, but then the control buttons will not show on the digital display.
I am very disappointed that I wasted my money, as I am a pensioner. I didn't have any room to keep the box, so I will be taking it to the recycling.

So, bought this in the black Friday event at morrisons. I already have an airfryer but as my main oven packed up I needed something larger to cook a larger joint or chicken, so purchased this to run alongside my present airfryer (which I usually use for frys and nuggets etc). When checking the reviews online people had mentioned that it was a bit noisy. So first used today to cook some suet dumplings, which turned out perfectly (tray did not fit my present airfryer), and I assure you the noise was but a whisper. Time will tell how it performs over time, but to reassure people, noise is definitely not an issue, and capacity is very adequate.
I brought an air fryer from Morrisons and it was damaged and they didn’t have any more left so there was two options either take it back to Morrisons and then don’t have an air fryer at all or contact the sellers so I contacted the sellers explaining exactly what happen they said I had to send the receipt the barcode and photographs of it and because I got disabilities they actually took that situation and they sent a new one out by post as soon as I sent the email to them they responded every time back to me. I didn’t have to wait for the response from the email and within a week they sent another double air fryer out for me.
I would say a big thank you for this company because they took the time and effort and listen to me for my needs even at the end they said to me hope your hospital appointments go well thank you so much
I would give it zero if possible. I purchased a Progress airfryer last month. Unfortunately I put both the cash receipt and box into the bin. Stupid I know, I hold my hands up. The first and only time I tried to use it, it would not heat up. Now when I read other folks complai ts they have had the same problem. I have lost £70. I advise folk to stay way clear of this company.

The customer service was absolutely fantastic, there was a cup missing out of the coffee maker and they sent me a new one straight away . I was kept up to date all through the process and received it within 2 days .Excellent service.
