Received replacement handle in good…

Received replacement handle in good time. Shame that l had to purchase and replace handle on a hoover that was less than a year old.

Beldray cordless vacuum is poor value…

Beldray cordless vacuum is poor value for money, built in obsolescence and unsustainable as battery gives out after 2 years of light use and only option is to buy another at £25 (if they had them in stock!) and throw original battery away - not very environmentally friendly. An expensive vacuum to run, as in addition to original purchase add £25 every 2 years.

Very disappointing experience

Where do I start. I really wanted to buy British and as Beldray is a well known company i was more than happy to purchase from them. This is where my nightmare commenced. I purchased the Beldray pet agility cleaner. This item was for a home in the Isle of Wight. I was impressed with the promise of next day delivery. I knew it maybe a day longer as it was going to the Isle of Wight and I factored this in when ordering. I placed the order at 7am Thursday 30th April on Saturday 2nd of May i contact Yodel after trying to contact Beldray the previous day. Beldray has no contact number and I made repeated attempts to use web chat which kept saying not available. I used their contact service which statrd you will be contacted in between 2 and 3 days which is noy reasonable when you have paid for an item and have not received it.After contacting Yodel the delivery company which Beldray regularly uses after there was no real update about my item being delivered they sent me a text at 14.00 hours on 2nd of May stating my item was on route. Time slit between 14.00 and 16.00 hours. I arranged for someone to be at the address. 18.00 hours no parcel. I was told the driver was running late and would arrive by 22.00 hours. We cancelled a family party we were going to as Belray insists the parcel is delivered to a person directly. The parcel has not arrived. Yodel don't deliver on a Sunday or Bank holidays so Tuesday is the earliest date, but we are leaving the address again then. Oh and the tracking number supplied on the email from Beldray doesn't open so I had to Google to find out who Beldray uses to deliver in order to gather any information. In essence this whole incident has been, stressful and frustrating and with no positive outcome. My advice would be order with caution and do not have any expectations of seeing your item the day after ordering. And if you are happy with not being able to get any assistance from Beldray for several days if you have an issue then you might be happy ordering. I just feel that this level of service by both Beldray and Yodel falls well below what a customer should reasonably expect. If this incident has a positive outcome I will happily update this review.
I have been contacted by Beldray directly after this review was published. Which alone is disappointing as my other lines of communication have not been replied to. I will supply the info requested Beldray directly as this platform is not appropriate to supply this information. I will fully complete this review with the outcome once the situation is concluded.

Hard work website

Finally Got the correct charging cord for my item, but the website really needs serious modification to help make it customer friendly. Yet another company that has no phone contact !
